Centro quality of food is poor and the iconic smoked chicken enchiladas from Zolo that the Bid Red F brand carried over were served with luke warm filling. We were half way through the meal when the server checked in. We had a time limit and plans to see a show after dinner and could not wait for the food to be redone and served, so we let the server know it was cold and we did not have time. He offered a free SHOT of tequila or dessert....lol. While, it was something to offer we would have expected a minimum of one meal given for free or a comp of all. The manager came over later and stated, since you eat the enchiladas there is nothing we can do and we reviewed the kitchen ticket and amt. of time in the oven and there was nothing wrong. So, basically the co-managers eluded that we were lying and we WERE rude. Things escalated verbally from there and damage is done. Note BIG RED F, you are in the service business and you just lost a 25 year customer from going to all your restaurants the Post, Jax and Centro....so be it and sad. The brand management should spend some time onsite at the locations to get some perspective. Vet your mgmt. and servers...many don't seem to give a crap.

I made a reservation and they did not have our table ready, and the air conditioning was out which I feel like they should’ve let us know and offered a table outside, but we ended up in the hottest section of the restaurant. Our waitress was not very friendly, and I understand she was probably miserable in the heat, as were we … she kept asking us to essentially bust the table with no please’s or thank you’s. We half joking asked because of the heat it would be awesome to get a free round of drinks and our waitress pretty much agreed and then the manager gave us a hard time about it when our bill came …overall not a great experience.

I had the chance to visit Centro again, this time with my pastors and my brother, and once again the food was absolutely phenomenal. The service was top-notch as always, it's refreshing to go somewhere where the team genuinely enjoys what they do. Everyone was incredibly kind, and you just don’t find service like this anywhere else. My pastor couldn’t stop raving about the creme brulee, he was seriously blown away and already plans to come back. Our server Evan was friendly and personable, and Abigail, the manager, went out of her way to check on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. It really shows how much they care.

I had the privilege of celebrating my birthday at Centro Mexican Kitchen with my parents and grandparents, and it was such a special experience. We had an amazing time together, and the food was absolutely incredible. Ana, the General Manager, treated us to some of her favorite starters, and they were out of this world. By the time our entrees arrived, we were already stuffed, but they were so good we couldn't resist finishing everything. Our server, Kenzie, was fantastic, full of energy and really knew the menu inside and out. It's rare to find service that great these days. We'll definitely be coming back soon!
