   Great food! We went here with another couple and ordered the chips and salsa sampler with guacamole. The salsas were a nice variety with great flavors. The spicy avocado verde was out of this world! I had the Chile Roasted Squash salad with charred onion, pepitas, chopped apple and shallots. The salad had a nice zing due to the vinaigrette and apples. The tuna tostada was also very good!

   Excellent food and service. We have been here 4 times when visiting our college son and each time the food is consistent and servers are well trained and friendly! Our aon graduated today and is moving back to San Diego so we will definitely miss the food! Please open up a sister restaurant in San Diego!

   Food was ok. Cute atmosphere. The server we had was delightful - great zero proof drink menu. Unfortunately the arrival and forced departure was not pleasant and spoiled it. Time for a refresh on their service. I was disappointed when I had made a reservation, was there 5 min early early for a party of 3 and was told that another larger party got the priority for outdoor seating that was to arrive in 20 min. Then, as we were finishing up and chatting they came and told us we needed to leave because of another reservation. Not the most welcoming experience.

   Normally a reliable “go to” for good food and drinks. However, last night we got into 3 chicken bones while eating the street taco plate. The server did not respond with any apology or other. Having been a server for 10+ years, I was stunned. The indifference was disturbing

   We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. The Sunday Brunch menu was over because it was a few minutes after 2. The waitress brought the applicaliable menu. Usually afternoon menu’s don’t have much to offer if you’re looking for a proper meal. In this case the selections were excellent. Vegan, gluten free, keto were all available. The food was brought to our table quickly. There wasn’t much conversation. Just “wows “, “awesome”, etc. We had a great time and probably will visit again!

    Sadly Centro has gone downhill. Our food was TERRIBLE. Drinks were okay and the service was friendly. It was also exceptionally hot and we had to ask three times for the heat to be adjusted.

    Went to this restaurant for the first time for my daughters birthday. We chose it for the vegan options as her girlfriend is vegan. The food was excellent. The service not so much. Our initial service was fine but then our entries did not come out for some time. Our waitress did let us know after waiting at least 20 minutes and watching other tables get their food, that the kitchen never got our ticket and we would have to reorder... this was very frustrating and they only offered to take off the appetizer. I did feel like the waitress was trying her hardest and that they were understaffed. It would have been nice to have the manager come over at some point but they never did. I will try again for the food which was very good.

    Host very rude did not seat us when we arrived. Did not come and get us when table was ready had to remind her we were waiting when we had a reserved table and reservation. Waiter very slow.

    Nice place to eat at the end of the Pearl Street mall. The food was delicious, the margaritas wonderful. The service was friendly and quick. A good choice for dinner in Boulder.

    Server didn’t check back in after meal was dropped, which included appetizers along with entrees rather than staggered. This meant I couldn’t get a wine with my meal until she checked back in. Steak was excellent. Salsas flavorful

    Valentines Day and the two of us were seated next to a huge work party and a 4top with squealing 1 year old. Not a very romantic or intimate setting when you have to shout at each other. Food and service top notch as always - just request a specific table if you want a specific ambiance. Manager gave us a GC for a future visit to comp for poor ambiance.

    It was my daughter 21st birthday dinner. We all had a great time and the food was very good. What made this experience even more pleasant was our outstanding and very attentive waiter Easton. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the menu and drinks of the restaurant. One does not experience this very often in a college town with college kids as waiters!

    We ordered drinks and an app and it literally took 30 minutes for a simple margarita and a glass of wine. It seemed there was a big party (8-10) that multiple servers were attending to, which is understandable…but don’t forget about your smaller tables! Even when we asked for the bill, the waiter (all of maybe 19) dropped it off but then took another 20 minutes to pick up my card. The waitstaff needs to keep an eye on their tables and not disappear into the kitchen. That said, the food was excellent. My wife and I split a sweet potato salad and the mango habanero shrimp board. Wonderful flavor…and the Mexican street corn was outstanding! If you can forgive the slow service, the food is worth the wait.

    Our server never came back after our food arrived. In fact, she left for the day without telling us. The server who "took over" never came to help us until we hunted him down for a check. Centro lost out on another round of drinks for a party of four. It was a slow Sunday night and the restaurant was well under half full. The food was good, but not good enough to warrant the high prices. Two of our party will not return.

    We thought we booked the New Year’s Eve special, by following the instructions on their web page. Apparently there was a separate step when making the reservation on OpenTable where you had to select the NYE dinner. We hadn’t seen that, so we couldn’t order the special. Well, we could for a 25% up charge. We passed. We ordered off the menu which was disappointing at many levels. Just a suggestion for next year, either require guests to call for a reservation to secure the special dinner, or make the selection on OpenTable more obvious. We certainly learned our lesson.

    We had reservations for 9 people for Christmas Eve dinner booked through OpenTable. I received multiple email confirmations leading up to the reservation time. The restaurant phoned me a few hours before our reservation time to reconfirm our reservation. We showed up and we were seated immediately in the indoor/outdoor dining space that can be converted based on time and weather. The temperature was great but wait staff confirmed that we were comfortable before taking our initial drink orders. Service was excellent and timely. Food totally met or exceeded expectations with many positive comments from our group. Added bonus was that we had the area to ourselves so we were able to have great conversations among the group. Cost, even with lots of drinks, was good. Very positive experience and will definitely go there again in the future.
