We are a Mediterranean Fusion Bistro & Gallery
A contemporary American bistro with a focus on Mediterranean foods and flavors. Bringing favorites from around the Mediterranean coast….from Spain, Italy and southern France, to Greece and Morocco. Our pledge is to provide healthy local scratch-made food using GMO-free, organic or all-natural ingredients whenever possible. Our ingredients will be the freshest and best from each season, so some of our menu items will change depending on the time of year. Some of our Tops sellers: Moroccan BBQ Lamb, Shrimp & Sausage Diablo, Gyros, Falafel Burgers. We have many Vegetarian & Gluten-free options!

Cedar 65 is located in the Bergen Park area in Evergreen, only 2 miles from I-70. Halfway up the mountain! Stop by for a great meal on your way up the mountain or on the way back from skiing.

We arrived on time with a reservation and there was no table despite our booking. We told the unhelpful woman on the front desk that we would happily have a drink and wait for a table but when we asked her politely how long it might be. she very rudely grimaced and said oh no, the kitchen is very backed up and very slow and indeed there was still no sign of a table for our reservation. So we left. No dinner. We have long been regulars here but now don’t plan to go back any time soon.

Their weekend brunch is amazing! Breakfast items totally delicious and their house Bloody Mary is perfect! Took friends there for dinner this week and enjoyed the bison meatloaf and bruschetta for appetizers. Excellent customer service, amazing food and a beautiful setting! The patio is a great place to meet friends for drinks and appetizers! Go and see for yourself!

We loved celebrating our anniversary here! The shrimp diablo was wonderful and the sauces for the appetizers were outstanding. It was like taking a short trip to the Mediterranean.

Food is always excellent. I had the Sea Brill special, lots of vegetables and varied flavors, and fish was done perfectly. Love the feel of the place, casual and friendly.
