    We are from out of town. Booked a reservation online and received a reservation number. Went out of our way to drive there; only to find the RESTAURANT CLOSED!!!!! The app for reserving needs to be updated if the restaurant is CLOSED

    We’ve been here several times and the food service is very slow, even for sandwiches on a non-busy night. We’ve had to wait 45 minutes for appetizers—buffalo chicken dip is very small and tastes okay, fried oysters and crab cakes were small but good. It shouldn’t take that long to serve appetizers. We’ve had to wait at least 60 minutes for main course on a non-busy night which is ridiculous! I do not recommend this place if you’re short on time for dinner as our last outing took 2 hours! The food is good but is not always served hot and fresh; I’m not sure all the food is worth the prices.

    We have been to Cast a few times before and it was usually good. This time it could have been just an off night..the food was cold, the drinks took a while and the burgers were overdone. We'll try to come back another time and hopefully it will be in a better space.

    The Host greeted and welcomed me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. I told her I had a reservation and she immediately took me to my table. My server was very nice and courteous. She took my order and delivered each item at the right time. But from here on the dining experience went downhill. The Fried Oysters had more crunchy batter than Oyster and was much too salty. The Filet that I ordered Medium Rare was delivered Well done. I waited to tell the server but since she didn't come to check on me I ate it like that. When she did come and I told her, she offered to have another one cooked for me. I refused but she kept apologizing and insisting she would have another one made. I said Ok. But then the shift leader (because there was no manager on hand that evening), a lady with short back hair, came out saying that if I wanted that other Filet I would have to pay for it.She was very rude and annoying. I told her that it was my server who had offered to give me the other Steak, but if I was going to be charged to forget it. Not only did the Well Done dry Filet ruined my dining experience, but the terrible and disgusting attitude of this Shift Leader was something that I never expected from a restaurant of this category. I called my server, told her what had happened, and asked for the bill; paid it and left. The worst dining experience that I have ever had. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never ever return.

    Waited 1.5h for our food. Wait staff was friendly and apologetic but never have I ever waited this long for food, especially cause the place wasn’t that busy. Meanwhile, they had mobile orders being picked up while we sat there.

    We had high hopes for our dining experience having been to the location under prior ownership. Unfortunately we were disappointed. It was Sunday so they only offered a limited brunch menu which we knew when going to the restaurant. We were seated upon entering the building & promptly greeted by our server. Ample time was given to choose our entrées which by description sounded great. 45 minutes after ordering we still had no food. We were able to get our server to come to the table & we asked when our food was coming. The hostess happened to be walking by as we asked so she stopped to help answer our questions. We were told the kitchen was “overwhelmed” as they were training new cooks & that Sundays were *usually* more busy than this particular Sunday. Another 30 minutes go by & our food is finally delivered. Looked promising however it was tepid at best. I had ordered the cuban panini, it sounded great. Not! The sandwich was very lacking in any quantity of meat. The entire sandwich had so little between the bread I had to open it to see if there was any in there. Maybe enough for a quarter of the sandwich, certainly not for the entire sandwich! Highly disappointing. The other 2 at the table ordered the tempura chicken tenders, also looked good. But the breading was so thick I don’t know if they were able to taste any chicken. All 3 of us had fries. The fries were good. That’s the one positive takeaway from our experience. I may consider revisiting on a day other than Sunday to try them again but it won’t be any time soon. They need to do better.

    The restaurant was Not busy. The food was slow. I asked for some ingredients to be left out of my rice bowl. The waitress made a snarky comment about it when she brought it out. We've eaten there before. We liked it at first. It seems to be going downhill. So unfortunate. Our guest said she would not be back.
