Casa Silencio's Restaurant provides a PreFix 5-Course dinner for $3000 MXN per person.
A welcome cocktail will be provided. Additional beverages are not included but may be purchased at an extra cost.

The retreat’s restaurant and cocktail bar offer sweeping views of the mountains and valleys as guests enjoy delectable dishes prepared in an “ancestral kitchen” spotlighting classic Oaxacan fare. Led by Executive Chef Daniel Robles Sumano, who has worked in restaurants in Paris, Belgium and Barcelona, the cuisine at Casa Silencio is matched only by where it is served. The indoor-outdoor dining area is anchored by a spectacular, 53-foot-long communal table made of a single 17-ton slab of hand-cut basalt. With seating for up to 60, the table extends from the center of the dining room to the exterior patio, shaded by an abstract, wood awning sculpture inspired by the Silencio aesthetic.

The 16-acre property can host up to 400 guests in the Agave Field or up to 200 in the Amphitheater. For more intimate affairs, the spectacular, 53-foot long, indoor-outdoor communal table seats up to 40 and menus can be completely customized and paired with El Silencio mezcal made on-site. Lastly, all of Casa Silencio can be one’s private playground by booking all 6 guest rooms, which sleep up to 12. Whatever the occasion, Casa Silencio provides the magic.
