if you're in the area or staying at the hotel, it's a good place to stop. Limited lunch menu. Not much to choose from but ok if you're in a pinch.

There was absolutely nobody in the restaurant which was odd for a Saturday evening. The food was just ok and limited menu. The Brussel Sprout appetizer was the best thing we had.

Our server, Amy, was very good. But it was honestly quite cold in the restaurant, my daughter wore her jacket the whole time. When we asked Amy if the heat could be turned up, she told us that they aren't able to and that they get many complaints about it.

If someone wants a quiet place to have a meeting or conversation with friends, I recommend it. But, there are places around downtown that have exceptional food. The food at Forque is okay...

The pasta dish had way way too much cheese over the top. I tried to scrape it off. Ended up eating only a small amount after I scraped off the cheese. I passed this on to the server. He said sorry I'll pass that on to the chief.

My breakfast dish was disappointing (scrambled eggs with rye toast, that was actually not toasted at all); one of my guests was very happy with the chalupas she ordered, and there is nothing much to say about the lox and bagel. The service was poor. Our tea kept getting cold before we got barely-hot water again, and my other guest was not even offered a replacement of his tea bag. We had to get the waiter's attention and call aloud to obtain the additional water. The ratio price/value is unfavorable. I had better expectations.

Forque is just OK. It is a hotel with sits inside the Hyatt Downtown, so I guess it is on par with most hotel restaurants. I wasn't too particularly impressed with service or the ambiance. The only reason we ate there was because we were at the hotel for a special event, otherwise I would never give this restaurant a second look.

I was with a party of eight, so I'm writing only for myself. My partner and I had the barbecued pork quesadillas; she had a cup of soup of the day and I had one of green chile stew. All were fine. The Forque has accommodated my theatre goers group many times in the PDR (Private Dining Room). We frequently arrive before the kitchen opens at 5:30, and they've often found a waiter to fetch us drinks from the bar. Altogether a very good long term relationship.

Forque was less crowded and less expensive than Thanksgiving buffets in the past. Desert table was still great, but overall variety was downsized. I missed the crab claws that were one of the things I was looking forward to. Overall, with the help of cocktails, wine, and good friends it was an enjoyable holiday meal.

Everything went well on our 1st visit. Our waiter was Glenn and... well, he needs more personality. Aside from this, at the end of our time there, we mentioned we’d like to add a drink. He mumbled something and walked off. Never came back. We ended up not getting a drink & closed our ticket with a different server. Step it up, Glenn!

The food was great as always. The service was a bit challenging because there was a conference in but your team members did what they could. It did feel like we got lost in the shuffle and had to ask for service about 20 minutes after being seated.

This restaurant was recently added to Open Table after an absence of a few years. The menu for Mother's Day had a few selections plus a salad and desert open bar selection. The menu was not clear if both coffee and juice were included.

We had a business meeting reservation for 9 people at 12 pm. We arrived around that time to see couple of groups of people standing outside with no host to attend anyone. Had to look for a server and I showed him my reservation. He informed me that there is a mix up and we don't have a table for you. Talking with someone else they arranged the bar seating to host our party, but that was no where near the experience I was expecting after receiving the reservation confirmation. The server who was at our table was really nice and quick, but the first person we talked to - didn't know how to handle the situation. Most definitely will not eat at this restaurant again.

Experience was terrible. We were seated at 7p. We ordered a salad, pizza, kids mac'n'cheese, and a half rack of ribs along with two beers. The bartender came over 10 minutes after we ordered the beers and informed us one was out (7:15ish). The server came back twice (over another 15 minute span) before finally bringing the beers (25 min wait today for first drink). We ordered 10 minutes after arriving in the restaurant (7:10ish). The server brought my salad around 7:40. The server came back at 7:50 to inform us that the ribs weren't available. She brought a menu back. It was 8:00 before my three year old got her kids mac'n'cheese (this was Kraft, not homemade or anything special) - a 50 minute wait for kid's meals when I received a full dinner salad at 7:40p. At 8:15 we received the pizza, but at this point the server never asked if we wanted to order another meal, so I ended up giving my pizza to the other guest. We didn't bother ordering another beer for fear that would take too long. I would go to the bar only for drinks if you want to chill out. Definitely wouldn't order food there, again.

Ate there for the convenience factor since we were attending a concert at 8pm. Had reservations for 6:45, ordered by 7, and didn't have our food until almost 7:40. Was not busy at all. Ended up only eating half my meal due to time constraints.

Everything from the time we walked in to the time we left was horrible. We sat probably 10 mins at least to get greeted, then the server was so un0leasant, not busy at all and almost obsolete. When we ordered drinks the bar tender came out and was so unprofessional telling us about the wines. Food took over an hour to come out we ordered 3 different meals. The burger was over cooked and not great, fish and chips plane, probably the only one good enough to eat. The server got the sides wrong on two meals. I ordered the carbonara and it was completely tasteless. We sent one back and he left with out eating. The restaurant decor was the only thing nice about the hole place. It was an unbelievable experience. They had to go out of there way to ruin our night it was that bad. Super expensive for what we had. And super loud deffiantly no sound baring walls. Echoed badly. So in all we were insulted, food was baf. Server was outstandingly bad. No manager. Plus all the other workers that walked by had no concept of what was going on around them.
