Carluccio's - Wimbledon

The service was great and the food was so delicious ! Our waiter was really lovely and attentive. The only thing was that the heater next to us was broken so we were very cold but we expected to be cold anyway as we knew we were eating outside !

The food, ambience and service were great! The only unfortunate thing was that it’s shaded from the sun. So it depends whether you want shade or sun. But they do have heaters as well. Staff were all lovely, even though they were busy!

The service was outstanding. The arancini starter was exquisite, the main was good. Would recommend.

We were lucky that it was not too cold but unfortunately we were sat in the shade and only one of the heaters near us was working

Really enjoyed a nice brunch there. They did their best to combat the cold with patio heaters and the service was great. Food was yummy and I thought the Go Magnifico deal was good value.

Everything from the staff to the food was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back. It was so nice not to be rushed and to feel very welcome so thank you!

This was my first meal out after lockdown and it couldn't have been better! Food was great, our reservation was at 9pm so had quietened down a lot but really the service was just beyond! Our waiter was so friendly and helpful, unfortunately didn't catch his name but me and my friend had the best time! Will definitely be back!

This is the best italian food, i've had in London to date. I was really impressed!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and really go the extra mile interacting with the kids. Nothing is too much trouble. We will be back as soon as you reopen!

Lovely experience but in COVID times ambiance was a little subdued. Overall I would rate the experience as congenital.

I use it as my local restaurant and love it! The staff are lovely and very attentive!

The reason for the low score is the waiter had no social distance awareness and my Pasta dish was very salty.

Thoroughly enjoyable even. Good food, offering excellent value, very good bottle of barbera and friendly service.

Food was a bit cold had a fish dish could taste it was not so fresh but starters and desirt was very nice. I will recommend this place its just small changes to be made and it is a bit noisy aswell find it hard to hear a confersation at beginning but got better on end

I made the booking and my friend brought along a voucher which we used, ordering from special menu. My food was excellent. I had the chicken and and a portion of rosemary potatoes ( additional cost), followed by tiramisu and a glass of rose wine. My friend ordered the steak with a portion of spinach ( additional cost), tiramisu and tap water- as unfortunately she does not drink and the offer did not offer an soft drink alternative. Her minute steak arrived, overcooked and not pink as described. Spinach looked awful, so both sent back. New steak was not cooked and was inedible.
I always struggle to understand why restaurants offer steak on the menu when the chef appears unable to cook one as it is described on the menu or as diner requests it.
Staff were pleasant enough, but appeared disorganised. We were given a gift of chocolates, but this does not make up for overall poor dining experience and inedible main course, whatever the cost of the meal.

The restaurant was very quiet on that weekday lunch time which was great for us as a quiet setting to catch up. The food was ok but it wasn't hot. I don't like my food hot so I was not affected in a bad way but I don't know how it came to us on the cold side when there were only about 3 tables in total in the restaurant.
The 2 waitresses were very friendly and gave us their attention for the orders and when serving the food but they also gave us privacy.
They were cleaning several areas, and talking to them before leaving the place they explained that there was a new cleaning rota and things had to be done every half an hour. I would say that the restaurant area is very clean and they clean it continuously.
The toilets are down a spiral staircase. Would be difficult to avoid others if the place was busy.
I did not see wheelchair access nor accessible toilets but it doesn't mean they are not available.
Very good service, but the restaurant does not look as nice as the chain's premises were in the past.

I felt very safe here - great ambience and calming atmosphere. Service was excellent. Like a lovely boutique restaurant.

Always have loved Carluccios. Service was great especially from our waiter (youngish guy). He was really upbeat, friendly & made us feel very welcome. Great food as always :-)

Pleasant staff, very good brunch, nicely spaced out customers during COVID and all staff wearing a mask. Additionally, hand sanitiser was available on entering. They also did track and trace. Other than good COVID practise the place was clean, the food was delicious and at a good value. Very pleasant.

Lovely and attentive female member of staff who really ensured all of our needs were met. The food was okay - not amazing but not particularly bad either. My particular fave was the Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae which was very yummy.

Good service food wasn't as good as previously. Sea bass mediocre and mini steak nothing special. Lasagne wss good.

Very enjoyable meal and excellent value. Waiting staff were very personable and attentive and the cleanliness level was outstanding with regular sanitizing of hands as well as the tables, thereby giving diners confidence that they are in a safe covid-free environment.

Definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice food with good service and atmosphere. Went for brunch with a friend. Would 100% recommend for a meal with family and friends.
