Two waiters were friendly, but completely untrained. Restaurant had run out of mayonnaise so all menu items that contained it were just dry. A mouse, albeit a small one, ran happily through the tables while we ate. And the price - for what we had - was extortionate.

Oh well… I guess to their credit we were warned in advance that owing to staff shortages, the chef would only be able to offer pasta dishes. But not even a salad or fresh vegetables?! The toilets were dirty, there was no draft Peroni )only the more expensive bottled lager). And even with a 50% discount voucher, we still felt we’d received poor value for money. And then being asked to delay our payment following a 12-hour train journey, whilst the manager completed his cigarette break! Suffice to say, we shan’t be returning anytime soon which is a shame because we’d previously rated Carlucchios very highly!

We were very disappointed with our meal. There were too many items not available including tartar sauce and mayonnaise. The quality was only mediocre at best. The staff best did their best and the service was good. But they advised reduced staff in the kitchen and no deliveries. This is not acceptable for a London restaurant that is open all the time. Necessary arrangements should be in hand to make sure that vital ingredients are available at all times. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting again and would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. Sadly, a very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing compared to my excellent experience of Carluccio's in South Kensington - many of the items on the menu were not available due to "delivery" problems and the desserts were stale. The venue is also much less attractive. I appreciated the efforts of the staff who tried to offer good service.

Pleasant enough meal at Carluccio's. A few small errors on the part of the waitress but not enough to spoil things. I guess we were feeling quite laid back. You do have to take into account that you are in a station, so there will be announcements. I will go back.

Having booked on line we arrived at 5.15 and ordered a starter and main.The starter arrived but despite several enquiries to the staff,the main had not appeared by 6.35 at which point we had to catch our train with the food as a takeaway having paid for what we had consumed. Very disappointed!

Situated on the Grand Terrace at St Pancras station this is an ideal spot to grab a bit before or after a train journey. Food is consistently appetising and the staff attentive. Only downside is that service can be slow if the restaurant is busy.

We were celebrating an 81st family birthday, such a lovely setting, not too noisy. The food was perfect and we had amazing service from our server, she is studying her degree, so lovely and friendly, Thank-you to her for helping us have the best meal.

Arrived to be told by one waitress they weren’t serving food (it was 8.45pm and I had rung earlier to delay the table) I complained and then another waiter said they were Food was ok, no atmosphere I wouldn’t visit this particular Carluccio’s again

Not the best example of a Carluccio’s. Aside from the focaccia and breadsticks, the bread and oil appetiser appeared to be made up of ordinary sliced bread. Starter was okay. The main of Beef Ragù Pappardelle was dire; my fellow diner chose the same dish but the portion sizes were markedly different from each other,it was lukewarm and looked like it had been standing around for a while. The Tiramisu dessert was okay but neither looked nor tasted fresh. Service was slow. Toilets were grubby. I definitely don’t feel I got value for money.

All pretty good, only thing that left a slightly sour note was being charged an additional £2 for a single slice of toast! The St Pancras location is lovely, spacious outside and quite special. The only thing that spoils it are very high volume repeated tannoy security announcements every 5-10 minutes, which unfortunately Carluccios have no control over. I don’t have acute hearing at the best of times, but didn’t expect to have to cover my ears or find it impossible to maintain a conversation with the person sitting directly opposite for the 30-40 seconds of the oft repeated announcement. So close to being excellent.

Really slow service, understand they didn’t have many staff but it was really quiet and only about 3 tables at the time. There was no explanation or update, felt like the staff were more trying to avoid eye contact! Food took ages to come and when it did it wasn’t great, especially for the price. I think there was about 4 olives in our antipasti starter 😂

Excellent friendly service. Great starters & desserts, however the mussels were of poor quality. 1/3 of the portion not open & so not edible & luke warm. Slightly noisy due to delayed to delayed Eurostar service & 4 trains leaving in quick succession. However great venue for Canadian visitors

It was unfortunate as they were very short staffed and could only accept people who had booked. However, the staff was doing its best under the circumstances. Biggest issue was that we were told there was no running water in the kitchen so no pasta dishes could be served, we couldn’t have tap water for the table and it begged questions about hand/general hygiene. Food was poor; a dry, breaded chicken escalope, one grilled tomato and small handful of rocket does not make for much of a main dish.

Issues with water supply. Waiter or manager having a blazing row with a member of kitchen staff. All could hear it. It took up so much time that the tables were not cleared away. Waiter would not calm down and carried on-- still in front of diners.
