Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

Our restaurant is conveniently located next to South Kensington underground station and is just a short walk from the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

I was very disappointed, worn tables, staff surly and did not engage with me at all. Had to ask for water, then chase to order a drink, staff seems oblivious to the fact they are suppose to serve people. After 25mins of this I got up and left and found somewhere else to send my money. It’s a pity I was a regular in the original Manchester restaurant which was fantastic.

The food was good but the service poor. Luckily we had a welcome voucher so our coffee and mini doughnuts were complimentary. But very convenient for the Victoria and Albert Museum.

We had a VALID 50% off voucher. When we presented it we were told they are not honouring them anymore! Very embarrassing as we had invited friends to join us. When the bill came more salt in the wound as it had the same 50% offer on it! (If you return in following 4 weeks). We queried why they were promoting an offer they weren’t honouring they said they didn’t know. No wonder the restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday evening. Very very poor to blatantly advertise misrepresentation in this way and probably illegal. We have cancelled our next reservation and would not recommend to anyone. If they are lying so openly on this how can you trust anything you read on their menu!

I booked a meal for two as an early Father’s Day meal. My father and I truly enjoyed the food and the head waiter was so friendly and professional. Thank you We will be back again

Great food and great service. We arrived on an evening when they were very short staffed and were warned that service may be slower than usual. We mentioned were going to show at The Royal Albert Hall and were pressed for time. Everything was done to ensure that we got served quickly and efficiently. Food was excellent as was the wine ! Made the show with time to spare. Great evening.

It is always a pleasure to visit Carluccio's South Kensington. We are quite well known to staff depending who is on duty and they always look after us well. They all work well as a team and look out for all their clients. The food is consistently good, BUT I would love it if some things on the menu were changed as it is getting quite boring always finding the same things. Online there were some new recipes mentioned but they do not seem to have filtered through to this branch. We had risotto ai fungi and lasagne and tiramisu for dessert. Thank you for the 50% on mains for frequent customers

Went with some friends and 4 teenagers . There were good options for food for kids and adults including vegetarians. Seated at table quickly ( we had a reservation) . Service was pretty good. Can get noisy so not great if you are looking for a quiet place but was fine for us. Good place to reserve if visiting South Kensington as it’s right opposite the tube station and close to all museums

The food atrived 45 mins later with mains only, the kids food arrived the latest, atarters in the end, after we complained they apologised but anything that came was so tasteless and bland, unfortunalety will never go back again
