We are currently carry-out only! Carry-out spirits + cocktails; cocktails available daily from 12 pm-8:00pm. Carry-out food hours Thursday - Sunday only, 12 pm -7:30pm.

Looking for something delicious and unique in Bloomington? We're a hidden gem in town and a few minutes south of the square downtown.

Our food is seasonal, shareable and made from scratch daily. Dishes are meant to complement our cocktails and echo the casual-yet-exceptional vibe that guests have come to expect at the distillery.

Sample our award winning spirits or sip them in one of our cocktails-to-go or ready-to-drink canned cocktails. All of our spirits are fermented, distilled, and bottled on-site. There's nothing else like us in town, and it's our goal to help you create a wonderful memory here in Bloomington.

Nice distillery dining option. Salmon and chicken dishes were good. Spirits were good as well. Looking forward to the day when whiskey is an option. Service was exceptional. All and all, a nice casual place to go.

Cardinal Spirits is the go to date night spot for me and my husband. We usually go after eating dinner somewhere else and enjoy drinks and maybe dessert. This time we were a little hungry after our dinner so we got the OMG fries and they were so good. Everything is always top notch there.

Being our first time there I was pretty surprised how cramped it was. We had reservations for Valentine’s Day, we arrived a few minutes early and waited a total of about 15mins. We left when another couple, who came in about 10-12mins after us was seated before us (almost immediately). Even if they had reservations, which were staggered by 15 mins, they were already 20-25mins late and yet we were expected to continue to wait. We went to eat at another establishment and was seated immediately. You called my cell at 9:54pm (almost 25mins later than our reservation, your kitchen closed at 10) to tell me our table was ready. Pretty disappointing, plenty of other great places to try besides a place with such limited seating and honestly a very limited menu.
