   Caraffini lived up to its reputation with excellent food in a stylish, busy but civilised space. Service was a bit slow and occasionally casual (“ a glass of red wine Sir” rather than confirming that it was the Chianti Riserva) but overall the restaurant is highly recommended.

   A wonderful experience for a birthday celebration, sitting outside to take advantage of the sunshine. We chose the fish - halibut and cod which was generous in size and cooked to perfection. The house white wine, a Sauvignon. was great value and complimented the fish perfectly. Not to forget the sardines starter, full of flavour cooked simply with a little balsamic in the side. An experience that will live long in the memory and sure to return again.

   Food and service was ok, however it’s very brightly lid, so not a place for a romantic candle light dinner. Also the average age of the visitor seems to be 70 years.

   Delicious ravioli, sitting outside and watching the world go by. Waiters as always 100% attentive.

   It was a very good evening ,the quail’s egg starter delicious. The restaurant was full and a bit too noisy for me .

    Another wonderful meal with my mother and daughter. Superb service and lovely food as always. They always go out of their way to try and find us a quiet table as my mother is hard of hearing. Thank you.
