From start to finish, the service at this steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff who promptly guided me to my table. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, but the décor can use a bit of an upgrade… Not only were the steaks impeccable, but the side dishes were equally good. Beyond the exceptional food, the service was truly remarkable. 2 of us had crab cakes which were good. 2 of us had small plate steak medallions which were inedible. They were cooked medium, but you could not chew them. How can you be a steak house with tough steak? I ordered key lime pie for dessert and got cheese cake. Oysters, crab dip and onion rings were good. Very disappointing on Mother's Day.

It was Mothers Day. The food was subpar for example the Cajun pasta did not have enough sauce, and they wanted to charge us for extra sauce. The pork chops were unseasoned and dry hard to chew. The best thing was the salads before the entrée and the bread. The duck was good, and the filet mignon was OK. I have attended this restaurant for the last 10 years and it seems that the quality and taste of the food has gone down. The staff is nice and the service is good.

Great food and even better service. It was loud, but only because there was a large group of 10 on a table beside us and they were celebrating a birthday and very boisterous! We order two appetizers between the three of us (lobster Mac and Cheese and Crab Dip) and they were high awesome. We ended up bringing half of our meals home because we enjoyed the appetizers too much. We are booked in again in a couple of weeks.

Food was great! Unfortunately, we couldn’t even finish our salads before they brought the entrees. This is the second time this has happened here! This is a pet peeve. The table was not large enough for all the salads and entrees together, so we had to have the waitress box the salads, even though we didn’t want to.

We had the 12 oz Rib Eye. It was the thinnest steak I have ever been served. Half was well done (ordered it medium.). Quite a disappointment. Does not even compare to Ruth Chris, Flemmings, Seasons 52. Waitress was very good. For the price drinks are not worth it.

The food here was excellent, however the server was a great disappointment. He didn’t offer his name, or pleasant welcome. I had to ask what his name was and was he our server. The hostess was lovely so to go from her upbeat and inviting personality to Mr Stefan was a huge shock.

We asked several times to close the blinds. The sun was blinding us. Nothing happened so we asked to move. They said we could move but we had to move ourselves. The manager NEVER came to speak with us. We spent 400.00 and never was approached by manager.

My chicken was thin and over cooked. The “vegetables” served underneath the chicken were tiny and tasteless. My brother’s mashed potatoes were served cold. My previous experience here was great. It seems maybe their staff may have changed and the food and service was absolutely not worth the price.

Service slow!!!! Our waiter was great! They serve instant potatoes which I’ve never had at a restaurant before. The house salads were over dressed and soggy and the Caesar salads were under dressed. The drinks were delicious over all experience was sub par and the chances of me returning are slim. The prices are not indicative of quality food.

The food here is always consistent (Excellent) and so is the service. The one thing I would recommend is that they start thinking about doing a remodel, it’s starting to get a bit dated. But, once again the food is excellent and so is the service.
