Shoreditch is the newest member of the Camino family. Inspired by the Castile y León region of Northern Spain, the restaurant and bar is vibrant yet relaxed, with a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor drinking and dining all year round.

This location is particularly special to us, as it was in Shoreditch that our first ever bar Cantaloupe, opened back in 1995. The neighbourhood sparked the DNA that then lived on in all of the restaurants and bars we’ve opened since, and we’re delighted to have returned home again after all these years.

Fantastic food, couldn’t fault the quality and taste, yummy. The food came out very quickly. perhaps too quickly as maybe would have liked more staggered serving of food, but it was fairly quiet when we ate there.

This is not a place to come if you want a bite to eat. I cannot comment very much on the drinks - we only had a couple of bottled beers, which were tasty. The food was supposed to be Spanish, but they didn't manage to capture any of the freshness and tastiness in simplicity which is typical of Spanish cuisine. The padron peppers were good. The mushrooms and beans were good. The pan con tomate used very crunchy bread and tomatoes which were either tasteless, under-seasoned or both. The gambas al ajillo were not spicy or garlicy, just oily, and were cooked to a strange white colour - no pink, no char, no juiciness. The chorizo tacos used what I can only assume are store-bought tortillas, and had nothing really going on (and the ratio of chorizo to tortilla was... a little bit sad). The kicker was a noodle paella, which was as confusing as it was tasteless. It was a little tomato-sour, and the noodles felt like the thin packet noodles you get in chicken soup as a kid, with some butchered vegetables cushioning them. It was all just a little disappointing. Portions are London-sized. On the upside, the place has a nice ambience and all the staff we chatted with were super lovely and prompt in their service and table maintenance, so nothing to fault there!

Great food and great service. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the dishes were amazing. The lunch deal is great value for money and the generous tapas portions make the perfect size lunch. Our waitress was so helpful, recommending wine and making sure to check on us throughout our lunch. We will be back

The bar was very busy so I was glad to have booked a table. The dining area was much less busy and more conducent to enjoy a bottle of wine and some good food with conversation. The food was fab and the staff attentive and helpful. Pricing is a little on the expensive side for tapas, but overall decent value. I will return.

Was excited to try this place. In a great location and had decent reviews but our food was not great. Bravas were prepared like French fries in a bowl, potatoes in the tortilla were undercooked. Octopus was chewy and tough with not great accompaniments. Maybe we ordered the wrong things…but we were so looking forward to this dinner and felt really let down.

Fantastic Spanish restaurant and bar. Love the way the two were nicely separated but still created a great buzz. Service was excellent food was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

First time at this restaurant. Booked on a whim as was in the area with friends & love tapas. They were very accommodating when I rang to bring the booking forward by half an hour as we found ourselves in the area (& hungry) a bit earlier than expected. 2 for 1 drinks were a bonus (recommend the Sangria 🙂). We ordered 2 dishes each plus patatas & was great for our needs. All served efficiently and felt very fresh. The Sea bass & the aubergines were two of my favorites but all was great. We sat outside which was refreshing on a rare sunny day in London but inside looked lovely too. Staff were very pleasant & helpful.
