Caffé Milano opened its doors in 2015 from a concept inspired by Luca Di Falco, a veteran Managing Partner of BiCE Restaurant, offering a modern take on the classic Naples, presenting italian gourmet in a casual setting. His vision was to delivery the modern but rustic italian cuisine, from the south to the north of Italy. We can delight you with our homemade bread and pastas, our signature skizza (our innovated skinny and light pizza), a wide variety of sandwiches for lunch and authentic italian fresh dishes to satisfy our worldwide clientele all day long. We offer delicious handcrafted drinks and signature desserts such as our giant Tiramisu` or our Homemade Gelato prepared a` la minute.                 The waiter was very rude. Although we liked to food and it was good quality - we didn’t like the waiters way to work with us. Also it was kind of noisy inside

                We’ve been to this restaurant before and had a great experience during lunch, but unfortunately, dinner service was a disappointment. It seems like the restaurant is trying to handle too many covers, and the kitchen staff can’t keep up. During our recent dinner visit, service was horrible — we waited 45 minutes just for our main drinks. By the time our food arrived, it was cold, and we were already tired of waiting. The party next to us even made a scene and left because of the long wait. The manager approached our table to ask if we were happy, but at that point, we were too frustrated to respond. While lunch service has been great, we can’t recommend this place for dinner until they improve their service and kitchen efficiency.

                We had reservations for 3 ppl at 6:30p and needed to wait for a table because the restaurant was busy with outside dining. Service was very slow we sat at 6:40p and was served our meal at 8:30p. We ordered 1 app and it took almost 45 mins to receive it.

                Very busy on 5 th with the three lightning and streets blocks. Must say the staff at Cafe Milano were able to handle the mass rush. Only regret was we were not able to take our left overs with us . I always keep a cooler in my car for left overs but we had to valet so I know way of finding my car or my cooler. Ps not on them The play at Naples Players was play was outstanding. It is a must see if you can still get tickets. Naples Players is the best deal in Naples!!!

                This was our first time here and we were not disappointed. Place was modern and rustic true to their description. Our server Ashley was outstanding! She answered all our questions on food, made recommendations and was one of the best servers we have had in a long time. Food - was beyond better than any Italian we’ve ever had! Bottom line, you will not be disappointed! New favorite restaurant!
