   Terrible. We made a reservation for 7pm. At 7:05 I called as we could not find it, & I was asking for help to get there. The person answering the phone was very hard to understand. We finally found it at 7:20 & when we got there she said they were closed. After pointing out they closed at 8 & I called & we had a reservation, they agreed to serve us. The caprese salad was a few wedges of tomatoes & mozzarella, not worth $18. I ordered the eggplant & my husband ordered the bolognese. The eggplant was cold, his was fine. The wine we ordered was skunked. The server never came over to see how our meals were, I’m sure she knew it was not good. No where near worth the $96. Will never go back.

   The food was okay. Service kinda slow only had water to drink and had to ask for refills. The place was not that crowded but was impossible to have a conversation with just 2 of us due to a bigger party of 8

   I have never written a review of a restaurant and my nature is to talk directly to the owner before posting a review but this was just a very odd experience. There were 4 of us looking to try a new restaurant and based on Open Table reviews, it looked promising. When they brought out bread, it literally was slices of bread from a grocery store. The meatballs- were super airy and light vs what I have had in any other Italian restaurant and the cheese on top, I have not seen that shape of cheese before. The food was mediocre. Aside from us, there was one other table of 4-6 people but looked like they had been there for a while since they had laptops and were working. Our server was attentive.

   Delish and always attentive. Such a great local spot for us. Especially love our servers Rosario and Yanni, the most kind and professional people around!

   5/5 stars! Caffè da Michele at Miromar Outlet is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is outstanding, and the family vibe is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for an authentic Italian experience!

   I've lived full time in Naples since 2010. This is by far the best Italian restaurant in the area. The food is so authentic (I've been to Italy twice)! We had the Branzino and the casarecce alla Pugliese and they were both exquisite. On a prior visit i had the linguine alla carbonara... a dish so freshly prepared, flavorful, and well seasoned... this authentic version of this classic tastes so much better than what their competitors offer! Add to this that these people are actually Italian.

    Food was terrible. Bread stale, wine tasted a day old, pizza undercooked and mushrooms tasted like they were from a can.
