   Staff brought meals for everyone except our two year old. Not impressed. Our steaks arrived cold, the staff took ages to bring our bill, didn't offer any discount to bill either, given the previous. Shambles.

   Terrible food arrived cold and very late, delivered one plte at a time. Hair in the cheesecake.

   I had a Virgin experience voucher, no problem to book. Felt a little rushed during lunch hour ona Saturday

   Cafe Rouge told me they do not register bookings via Open Table, so why did the app allow me to make a "false" booking? They happened to have a table, but we could have come unstuck. Please remove Cafe Rouge from your system.

   First time I visited Cafe Rouge for dinner (usually just coffee or afternoon tea) and was very pleased with the experience. We were served by the Manager, who was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious (regards to the Chef!) and the wine (recommended by the Manager) was also lovely.

   Went there with friends on Saturday evening and glad that we had pre-booked as the place was busy. Plenty to choose from the menu two had the shared platter, another pate and I had mushrooms to start. Main course 2 of us had the Demi Poulet, the others Duck and Fish with a nice desert to finish off. The layout is good with plenty of space between tables and a good atmosphere, great service and reasonable price.

   I chose the Hampstead branch over Highgate because of the higher rating. But that was a mistake. We arrived 10 min. late and the waiter said that he was about to give our table away, this set the mood for the rest of the evening. The service was slow may be because sunday evening is a busy period but the food was atrocious. The four of us were all served with miserable looking food which was cold. I couldn't say take it away and warm it up for the fear of what they might do to the food. The cost was £85 which was extremely expensive for what we got. I will not be going to any café rouge restaurants again!!

    Even though 2 of the dishes we originally ordered had sold out which was disappointing, we chose something else and all the food was very tasty and the portions were good. Service was very good.
