The waitress was super nice but the baked beans were awful! I got pulled pork and burnt ends it was $19 for how much it was there wasn’t that much on the plate. Definitely didn’t think it was worth the value.

Ended up stopping in here as it was one of the only places we could find that still had reservations available on Valentine’s Day weekend. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well, The atmosphere is very romantic and their wine selection is great.

Might have been a rough night. Server comped 1 of the meals because he knew that things were going poorly. I’d give them another shot on a less busy day. Shrimp app was delicious, but cold.

Short version - worst dining of my life!! On Valentine's Day - reserved table, got in on time - then the wheels fell off. Took waiter forever to show up / finally got us a drink menu - took drink order and appetizer ordered. Then a waitress finally brings our drinks and says she is taking over - assures us that appetizer is in / takes our main order. About 15 minutes later, my wife's salad is brought out - no appetizer. ? the appetizer, told they'll check on. Another 15 minutes, nothing - ask again about appetizer - will check on/ doesn't return. Another 20 minutes or so, not seeing waitress - she finally comes by - I ask once again about appetizer - she goes and cks finally, and says order must have been lost. ?'s if we still want / I say hopefully main course is on its way!!! Another 15 to 20 minutes go by - they bring out my dinner, and there are fries on the plate rather then the proper potatoes. Kid bringing out food thinks that they ran out of other potatoes. On Valentines Day!?!?! Kid has no clue about why wife's dinner isn't ready - ask him to quickly ck on- see him go back to kitchen and simply start taking out other orders. I cut into my steak, and it is barely warm - the substitute fries are cold -- After about 10 more minutes we simply get up and walk out!!! Terrible service / no organization / no manager that seemed to care -- place was a disaster. Know they were massively busy due to being Valentines, but it wasn't just us not getting good service. 1st and last time trying this place.

I made reservations for this new restaurant a week and a half ago. When we got there there were no issues with the reservation. When we were seated, the waitress seemed new and very inexperienced. She took our drink orders. I added a coffee to our order after the drink orders were taken. When I got it I wasn’t given any silverware or a straw or a spoon of any kind. I ended up waiting another 5 to 7 minutes before I ended up having to get up and get my own utensil of some kind to stir the coffee. Everybody placed their orders for dinner and it seem to take a while but we figured that was because they were busy. The waitress never checked back in with us in the interim, and everyone else’s meal was brought out but mine. The person who was bringing out the food dishes said well we’re out of what you ordered. At this point it had been 45 minutes since we ordered and I was not about to place another order for a different meal item. That server indicated the manager would be over in just a few minutes to talk with me. 30 minutes later no manager ever showed. At this point I am standing in the restaurant until somebody sees me, I flag down the manager and tell her of the horror experience we had on our Valentine’s Day double date. Never once did she apologize only kept saying that she completely understood. I proceeded to tell her that we would not be paying for our meals and that we will never be coming back to this restaurant. The inexperienced waitress was the only person to offer an apology. In between all of this chaos another server came over and offered to get me a refill on my coffee which then never showed up. Don’t know if it was because they were too busy and understaffed Or just an inexperienced restaurant. I would never recommend this place. Sure they comped our meal but they also didn’t offer to have us come back for a different and improved experience.

We had read polarizing reviews and felt it was worth a shot. Sure, Valentines Day on a Friday is bound to be busy, so we made reservations and expected some delays. What we got was unreal. Sat for 20 min before the waiter came, and he interrupted us several times before we could finish ordering. 15 min for the drinks to come, and 30 min for the shrimp cocktail to be delivered. Over an hour later. A medium rare steak came out well done and cold, and the burnt ends were not edible. They were not just poor tasting; they were inedible. We asked to talk to the manager, and she was very gracious. We were NOT wanting our meal to be comped, but she insisted as she realized it was very poor. At this point, we were not ready to write off this restaurant bc we understand sometimes, bad things happen and she really did try to make things right; we said maybe we would return on a less busy night. As we were getting ready to leave, the waiter suddenly appeared and insisted we pay for our drinks and shrimp cocktail. I was fully prepared to leave him a tip but he was extremely rude, and for the first time in my 47 years, I did not leave a tip. We will never return.

Excellent food and selection. Their prime rib was cooked to perfection and sides were tasty. The flourless chocolate cake was a great end to an amazing meal. Highly recommend!
