Love this place plus I get to row drive my French. Best burger in Orange. Super fries cooked in beef tallow. Duck confit and salads super. All around great.

I frequent Butcher’s House because I’m a Costa Mesa local and they simply have the best burger in OC. Not sure if the fries are even better though. This is not to say the pate or the sausage isn’t great or their different cuts of steak. Of course, none of this would be enjoyable without the outstanding and consistent service (very low turnover). It’s a local gem that I’m partly hesitant to share.

Took my boyfriend here for a birthday dinner and the food was really great. We both opted for skirt steak, potatoes and shared a salad. Although it’s asked if it’s a special occasion, they don’t do anything in particular. I feel like it’s pretty standard for a dessert on the house these days but they just wished him a happy birthday.

First time dining there and immediately spread the word about what a wonderful find this is. A must try for outstanding food, service and the feel of actually dining out vs fast food prep and turning the tables as quickly as possible. Cannot wait to return.

I truly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Very happy that Brasserie opened close to where I live. Loved that they serve country pork pate, which is hard find in Orange County. Also ordered beef cheek and it was delicious. My friend ordered a New York strip, and it was perfectly cooked to medium-rare. Quality of steak here was so much better than what you receive in well-known steak houses. Price was also reasonable again compared to other steakhouses. I will definitely come here again.

This place made me feel like I was having dinner in France. The food is perfectly prepared and delicious. The service is excellent. They don't rush you at all. We'll be back.
