Happy to have made a reservation to avoid a wait. We were seated and then greeted promptly. Our server, Mel, was terrific. Everything moved at a good pace. Food was excellent.

always a good experience. The reward program is not good, since the servers never use it. It makes is very hard. I have so many transactions that havent been counted.

This was our first time here and we will be back! Our server was Laura and she was so nice and very helpful answering our questions. Our food was delicious and so were our drinks. This is going to be one of our go to places now!

The Rasta Pasta is terrific, but when I said it could have used a little more spinach Julieanna, our server, brought me more without hesitation. She’s one of the best servers we’ve had there.

We absolutely love the Burntwood Tavern in North Olmsted. Have been going there for years and have always had a very good experience. The staff is so professional and friendly it is amazing. The food selection and taste are awesome. Our server yesterday was Asia who is top drawer in every respect.

First time here, decided to try after a friend recommended. My meal was taken care of for Veteran's Day, nice of the place to recognize us. Server Brittany was outstanding. Manager thanked me for my service and she brought us champagne. Will be back.

Burntwood is reliable - like the North Olmsted location, but it is the 2nd time we ordered the pork chop and they didn't have plus didn't have regular mustard for a hamburger.

Very busy lunchtime, but Anna still gave us exemplary service, and was very attentive and proficient. I got my favorite BWT Smashburger, with a martini, of course. Friends and I were pleased with our meals as always.

Another good visit to BWT in N.Olmsted. Our server, Melanie was helpful and fun. All food was good but cauliflower bites were unavailable. Cocktails made well, nice beer offerings.

Drinks were good. Tater tots good. Flatbread RIDICULOUSLY bad. Caesar salad mediocre. No Impossible Burger anymore and out of cauliflower bites. At 2pm. This restaurant has really gone downhill won’t be going back.

We've been to Burntwood four or five times in the last two years, and except for the one time we were on the "patio" the restaurant noise level was LOUD...to darn loud to carry on a conversation. We won't be back until you tone it down.

Thank you to everyone at Burntwood Tavern - North Olmsted for a wonderful experience! You accommodated our group of 10 in the semi-private room and allowed us to provide some decorations and desserts for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious, and the menu was appealing to all--including those following restricted diets. Everyone enjoyed their food and the attention and friendliness of the servers. No one in our group had been to this restaurant before (including one person who is part of the Destination Cleveland team), and we all intend to return. We couldn't be happier with the menu, food, value, and staff!

Me and the wife for an early dinner . Has been a while since the last time we have eaten here. Really nothing has changed much. We arrived ahead of of reservation time , and was seated in a timely fashion, even though we was early , off to a good start , once seated with assistance of the bartender. Our waiter showed up about 10-15 minutes later (seemed for ever) as I was considering going elsewhere at this point. (Did I make a mistake coming back here ? ) let’s give it a chance On the other hand , the food was well prepared and was good . The service definitely needs improvement , very little acknowledgment from any of the employees at this Burntwood tavern. Not sure we will return definitely would not be a go to spot.

Three of us enjoyed our salads with chicken and/or salmon. The waiter graciuosly switched my chair to one more comfortable (without arms). The front-door host found my keys and brought them to me on the patio. Didn't know they fell out of my pocket. Service above and beyond. Thank you.

My guess and I believe that the food was good. The only issue was our starter appetizer. It came out late,and with the meal. The waitress did apologize and took the appetizer which tasted fabulous off our bill. We understand things happen even in the best service conditions. Our waitress was great and we definitely look forward to trying this restaurant again.

Wonderful food and service. Our server Laura was knowledgeable and caring. Our food was delicious, as were our drinks. The manager surprised us with champagne after she learned that it was our first visit! Beautiful decor in a unique space-loved the slight breeze and fresh air from the open concept of the building. We will absolutely return!

This was our first time here as we are newer to the area. We loved it! We’ve been looking for a nice spot to grab dinner that’s not a chain restaurant and this place fit that need. Their crispy chicken sandwich was amazing with the hot honey on it and their calamari appetizer was a steal for the $8 special! We will be back.
