   We have dined at Burntwood before & has been very good overall, but today just did not go well overall. As we made a reservation for 3 with Mother's Day brunch. When we checked in, mind you after making a reservation, we still waited for 20 minutes to be sat. After we were sat, our service for a brunch was very good! Until we got into the buffet line, which took us 12 minutes to get through, as the way it was setup was not conducive at all for a buffet line. Majority of the hot food in the chafers were luke warm to cool, with the exception of the omelet & carving stations. Food runners had to go through customers in the buffet line to refill food, if you ended up getting an omelet, it held up the buffet line even more. Selection of food was decent overall, but we will never book a reservation for a buffet there again. Would certainly go back for the everyday menu though.

   We had a reservation, yet it still took 15 minutes to be seated. The four hosts were extremely rude, not just to us, but also to others arriving and waiting for the buffet. Thankfully, our server was very polite and helped improve an otherwise frustrating start. Unfortunately, the buffet lines were overwhelming. We spent nearly half of our time in the restaurant just waiting in line. That was especially challenging with a small child, as the adults had to take turns going up. This was our third Mother’s Day at this restaurant, but after this experience, we’ll likely be trying somewhere new next year.

   We have been to Easter and Mother’s Day brunch for the last 4yrs. Today was the 1st time it was chaotic and overly packed. We had to wait 30 mins for our seating reservation. The wait line for for took nearly 35 mins the 2 times I went up. The food was very good, but I’ve never seen it so loud and busy like this before.

   The service was great and the food was good for a buffet, however, for the price, people shouldn't have been waiting in a line for the buffet out the door for over 20 min. It lacked organization.

   Loved the new menu! We were one of many large parties dining at the time, they were very busy that night but service was still good as always. Would definitely recommend!

   Very nice place. Everything we tried was very good. Wings are great. Prices are high.

   Brittany is a very good server; friendly and helpful. Great happy hour offerings and prices. Food was very good as usual.

   We had a group of 8, 7 had never been to Burntwood. They had a wonderful time, food was fantastic and Molly took excellent care of us.

   Another good experience . We were lifted a basket of beignets. They were delicious. Server honored my request for fresh hot water for my hot tea.

    Food never disappoints! Avocado Chicken Club sandwich and their fresh cut fries was excellent. They also have the best selection of non alcoholic drinks anywhere and are reasonably priced.
