   They didn’t have our reservations, I was told that that they don’t take reservations on weekends. Really confused as I received two reminder texts in which I replied back that we we would be there! They did however get us a table for 10 in bar area which was fine.

   Most of the time I have a great experience here, with the occasional misunderstanding of what's offered if someone is new or not in the know. I like coming here and plan to come back.

    We had 14 people for a birthday party and the temperature inside was hotter then outside. Everyone’s beer was warm. From time to time every restaurant has thus issue; however we never even seen a manager, so that left our one server to answer all the A/C questions and then to hear that the servers put it in Social Media (not nice comments toward your guests) we won’t be returning anytime soon!

    From start to finish this Buffalo Wild Wings went above and beyond to accomodate our group of 30 on Mothers Day weekend. The manager on duty was awesome (sorry I cant recall his name) as were our servers (Sarah and Marque I think)

    The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group earlier than the reservation and even added another table for us. From the shift leader to the hostess and servers, the service was excellent and the staff friendly!

    Our trip to BWW'S Midland was awesome! We were seated quickly (thanks to our reservations) our food was delicious & the service was top notch!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

    It was okay. They were really slow getting us our food. And I got some cold fries. and my best friend didn’t get her fries. Until the very end until half of her meal was gone. Very poor service.

    Everything was great except someone had on perfume that wafted over and really clashed with the food. It may have been someone on the waitstaff. I hope you can address this with staff. I know you can't do anything about customers wearing perfume.

    Had two tables picked out for 7:00pm for my birthday but then I actually got into a car accident and knew there was no way we’d be there by 7. I called and they said they’d make it work and we ended up being 45 minutes late, but they were still holding our tables. So thankful they let us use this app to ensure we had tables on time and that they were understanding with the adjustment in time.

    Amber was an excellent waitress! She was very attentive and got our food and drinks out quickly. She was very friendly to make the evening super great! We were just getting out with friends and family and she made us feel welcomed and at ease during these crazy times. Amber was everything a waitress should be:)

    The manager (Brandon) did inform us that open table reservations are not actual reservations but they move you to the front of the waitlist once you arrive..

    Terrible service and worse management. Almost two hours waiting for fried chicken parts and French fries. Manager on duty chose to ignore us and when I went to speak to him about his lack of support for his clearly undertrained and overwhelmed wait staff, he yelled at me about our party (with reservations in place) rushing to our tables and messing up his ‘finely tuned’ system. Seriously the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I have a lot of patience for overwhelmed staff, but the manager’s response was unreal. Skip this place and get something elsewhere, it’ll be less expensive anyway.
