I requested a booth so we could be further away from central noise. That wasn’t registered by the restaurant. We were sat directly next to a group of unmanaged children who were spitting napkins spitballs at the back of our heads. Our guests were wet with children spit for half of the dinner. Took over 15 minutes before our waiter asked for our drink orders. Took another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out to the table which was after our apps were delivered. Cocktails said made fresh, the sangria is a premix. We never got the tour of the restaurant that other guests received. However I was annoyed that they kept saying the Sophia Lauren room rather than Sophia Loren. Get it right. The food was fiiiiiine. I say that begrudgingly knowing that the proportions are huge. The cheese on the Margherita pizza was so freakin chewy. Like old cheese. The antipasto salad was good though. It’s no surprise they’re going bankrupt. We spent over $300 for 6 people for very a bad experience and bad food.

We celebrated my nephew’s 10th birthday, and he loved the food and they way he was welcomed by the team. He felt as a VIP guest from start to finish. Thank you!

We had pretty good service, food was as usual - having been to these all over the country, they are always consistent on quality. Thanks for a good evening with customers.

We went for a work dinner after waiting a bit too long to book a table at one of the obligatory steak houses. It turned to be a fun, relaxed meal that was a very inclusive and productive in terms of building relationships with both customers and team members. Cost was reasonable considering the return it generated. Keep this in mind for a winner business dinner choice. Thanks Guys!

Loved our waitress … I think Itzi was her name (so sorry if I’m wrong!) food was delicious and oh my! Should have listened to her and got the small portions for our table of four! You won’t leave hungry that’s for sure!

Food was fantastic, however what they have down as a serving size (large feeding 5, when really it could feed more like 8) could be adjusted. Based on that we order way more than we needed. Ended up with leftovers, which was ok but again the waiters/waitresses might need to re think what they consider large versus small.

Our waitress did a great job, but she kept reminding us that small plates only fed 3 people. I think it was her way of upselling to the large plates. The food prices have gone up drastically and I didn’t think the food was worth the prices. The spaghetti was a bit bland. Overall, it was a nice time and my kids enjoyed it.
