The convivial Brook Street Café offers an inspired menu of world-leading yet locally sourced small plates, complimented by an intriguingly English selection of wines. Showcasing the very finest British produce and producers, the changing seasonal menu offers vibrant, imaginative takes on beloved classics, from creamy smoked cods roe with radishes, to linguine with sparklingly fresh Morecambe Bay shrimp and mace butter. Ingredients are presented with reverence and a deft touch: oysters from Lindisfarne, thickly hand-cut Cobble Lane sausage, and cheeses from Neals Yard Dairy.
