The food, service, ambience and friendliness were all excellent. Will definitely return to Brix 25 many more times.
Deserves five stars, but we had to deduct one based on the wine. I got a reasonably generous pour of a nice local Rhone blend, while my wife got a rather meager pour of Washington Pinot Grigio and in a smaller glass. We joke that she didn't like the wine anyway, which is true, but doesn't justify the server's light hand. It wasn't much more than a typical splash when you go wine tasting.
The wine list is limited and all the offerings are "local" (i.e., from WA & OR). Our experience is that the lower priced ones can be watery or otherwise disagreeable. So, we tend avert this risk by moving up the price scale, which only one of us did this last time. We both agree that more choices from a broader geography would be a plus.
My lovely wife of 23 years and I chose to celebrate our time together at Brix knowing that they had never disappointed. Service is always top notch as are recommendations for wines and desserts. We thank you all for a lovely and memorable evening.
Steaks were very salty and the Filet had a strong Fake Smoke flavor.
The Desserts were very nice.
Everything was delicious. My drink got spilled and it took some time for it to be cleaned up. We throughly enjoyed our waiter Josh. As were standing 2’ from the door to leave the hostess asked my wife if she wanted a mask to put on. She was slightly offended. Overall we had a wonderful time on our 45th wedding anniversary.
Brix 25 is the standard for me any place I know of. The food is innovative and great quality. The presentation is wonderful.
Great service! They really have it dialed in!!!!!!!!
They served a complimentary glass of champagne as we sat down, wow! Cost was very reasonable and the food was fantastic. Cool view of the harbor too. Will definitely be back!
The food, as always, was amazing! The waitstaff is attentive without being overbearing. Plenty of space between tables. Love this place!!
Nice place to celebrate our 42nd anniversary.
The food and service were fantastic! The noise level was low and the ambiance comfy.
Our dinner was very enjoyable. The service was great-efficient/quick yet comfortable pace. The food was awesome including cocktail and desert.
Excellent service and excellent food!
Brix25 always exceeds all expectations. The ambiance is perfect, it's easy to have a conversation but not overhear others, plates are always delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is not only attentive but also warm and authentically welcoming.
Dinner was amazing and the service was perfect! I am never disappointed and love the staff here.
Of all the fine restaurants in Pierce and Kitsap County my wife and I found this fine establishment to provide the best tasting, with the most unique menu (though limited due to Covid) along with Great Presentation. Josh was knowledgeable about the menu and pairing of wines.
The tiramisu is highly recommended and extaordinary in taste and presentation as well.
Enjoy this Brix 25....The view of Gig Harbor is wonderful too.
Great staff, excellent food and cocktial menu, amazing view. 10./10 would recommend.
This is a quiet, comfortable place to eat and enjoy friends. Cloth napkin level food, environment and staff without feeling the need to wear jimmy choos. Incredible change in menus with chef and always accommodating. I’ve been to some amazing restaurants in my life and this one keeps me coming back quite a few times a month. It’s great if your eating alone and want an amazing personal experience or with a group where you will feel like you have hired a chef and staff in your own home. But try to make a reservation! They are a fresh to table kitchen so if your dying to try something make sure you do! It may be out of season next time you come!
The evening started off nicely with the hostess offering our table a glass of sparkling wine. Our starters were nicely plated and were good: calamari and pickled vegetables. Our entrees were not good. The braised short ribs were inedible. The first short rib brought to the table was 99% fat; it was immediately obvious at the table, it should never have left the kitchen to be served. The replacement rib had no fat and was tough as leather so also inedible. The guest who ate the salmon entree felt ill within an hour; this may be purely coincidental.
We celebrated a birthday at BRIX and had an amazing time! The service was great and the food (King crab) was top notch! We will definitely be back!
Awesome fine dining. Awesome view. Great experience.
Food was salty otherwise would've been great.
We normally LOVE Brix. However, on this occasion the service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes to order drinks followed by lots of unnecessary waiting as it wasn’t even as busy as in the past simply because of Covid restaurant occupancy restrictions. The butter which is usually to die for was super salted, like inedible and the poached calamari was over done. We decided not to order entrees because of the amount of time it took for drinks and starters. Very disappointed.
Excellent food and service. Best restaurant in Gig Harbor.
Excellent as always!! Molly is the best! Would recommend to anyone!
We were so tired of Gov Inslee’s , apparent kill Washington restaurant plan, and wanted to support our local best restaurant. Awesome, attentive service by a dedicated and professional team from the moment greeted upon arrival u til departure. An exceptional menu of meal options. Skilled chef. Period. Recommend d highly.
We have never had a bad meal. One of my favorite places to eat out. We did the restaurant week menu. I had the wilted arugula salad (my favorite) and the kahlua pork. Both were excellent. My husband had the octopus and Calamari confit. Bothe of those were very good as well. So glad they have been able to hang on and stay in business. Always a treat.
Brix 25 is a quality restaurant. Great for dates, special occasions and ambience.
Perfect evening out. Thank you, Brix 25 staff. Excellent from start to finish.
Love Morso! Great to see Josh again. We had the Alaskan Crab Legs and they were delicious!
Brix is fantastic! The portions are fairly small but it is so delicious and it keeps you from filling up on appetizers with no room for entrees (and most importantly dessert!). I always ask the waiter/waitress for a wine that pairs well with the entree I am getting and they get it right every time!
Perfect spot for a great date night! The Tomahawk steak was amazing!
Our favorite Gig Harbor Fine Dining destination. Excellent food, great service, nice understated, elegant decor, and a terrific WA Wine list. What more do you want?
Cozy fine dining, thoughtful palette pleasing food and well crafted cocktails that make this place a special night out.
Brix has got to be our favorite place in the Northwest. Most nice restaurants I go to, while I enjoy them, I could make just as good of food myself. Here however I feel they go beyond my culinary abilities every time. My wife and I try to come at least twice a year. For Valentines day and for our anniversary.
Loved Valentine's Day dinner! Excellent food and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful date night.
Loved our Valentine's (and all dates) date at Brix!
Great experience and great food...will be back for sure!
Great little restaurant, wait staff, food is very good but small portions for the price. Wish entres came with a few more sides on the plate. Love that it's a neighborhood favorite.
