The food was great, our waitress was wonderful. We had our granddaughter and she was very excited to go out and eat and you made her experience ver memorable. Thank you!
Food was excellent! Waiter was great! Everyone very courteous and accommodating- we had two elderly in wheel chairs. Great experience!
Excellent food and a great ambiance for first dates, couples, families and parties. Food is always incredible and staff will make sure you leave happy. Conveniently located right in the middle of Southlake next to shopping and entertainment, you won’t be disappointed.
I used to love the mushroom ravioli that was in a brown butter sauce but they’ve changed the recipe and the sauce had ZERO flavor!
I would not recommend for Sunday Brunch. Service was very poor. It took 30 minutes to get two bottles of champagne. The menu was quite limited for a brunch. The food quality was definitely above average but nothing extraordinary.
My friend and I meet at Brio for brunch every year to celebrate our birthdays. The service and food are usually top notch; however, this experience was not quite as good as our past ones. Our server seemed distracted and was not very attentive; i.e., she did not check back too often to see how things were going or to fill water, etc. We had to ask for silverware. Also had to ask for pepper, as there was only salt on the table. Had to make this request twice. I had the ham Benedict, which I’ve enjoyed before. The Asparagus was quite overdone, as were the potatoes, and the eggs on the Benedict were very runny. The meal also arrived lukewarm, and got colder as I waited for pepper. All in all a little disappointing, although we did enjoy the atmosphere on the patio since it was a warm day for February.
It was busy when we went, we had reservations but they seated us immediately in a more secluded area and the noise level was lower, but the tables were very close to each other and one person at a table next to us "joined" in on our conversation, much to my wife's displeasure. The food was good, they were busy so I can give them a "bye" on the service since they were very busy. Overall I rate them 3 stars. Good but not great.
Enjoyed Valentines date here very much. The food was outstanding with tasty wine and beautiful ambiance of restaurant.
Everything was great! We will be back!!
Long time fan of Brio. As usual Food was Awesome and Service was Excellent. Perfect Valentines Dunner. Only slight complaint is Bar staff needs some training on making high end specifically an Old Fashion or Manhattan. Need large ice cube, sugar cube, orange peel.
No a big issue. We did drinks at the bar in Trulucks before and after dinner as they do the cocktails correctly.
BRIO still gets an overall 4.5 stars from us.
First time here. Everything was great. Had reservations and arrived early. Was settled right away. Everything was great. Service food atmosphere. I always enjoy a great dinner and that was. I will be back
Booked last minute. Staff was superb, food was exceptionally delicious. Definitely recommend
Fantastic food, service and experience!
Excellent food, nice atmosphere, exceptional service.
Very good! I would definitely recommend to a friend, and I will definitely be back in the future! It was delicious ❤️❤️❤️
Great Valentines dinner! Thanks!
It’s was good, not great. It was Valentines Day, so not the normal dal or flow either.
Dined at BRIO with my family of 10 for Valentine’s Day. Our evening was most enjoyable. The food was great as always and the service was excellent. Always a good experience! Thanks for sharing in our memories!
Daddy daughter dance. Great experience.
Service from the bar was extremely slow at our table. Took almost 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks. Would not keep blackened halibut on the list of specialties. Other ways halibut has been prepared are MUCH better. The meatball appetizers and spinach artichoke dip were excellent, as were everyone else's meals in our party of 6. Always too loud during busy times to carry on a conversation in the open middle part of the restaurant. This is the main reason we don't eat at Brio more often.
The food was wonderful...
Service was slow and inconsistent.
Excellent service! Great food!
Waiter was untrained and forgetful.
Joe our waiter is excellent!
Our waiter was ok. Not the friendliness of waters. Food was ok . I wanted to substitute my side with steak but everything is a charge .. that’s crazy
Wonderful experience. Meal was excellent. Service great.
Great lasagna!! A bit noisy but it is a very nice place to go for dinner.
It was pretty good until we got our dessert... our tiramisu was frozen. What’s really upsetting about that is whoever cut it, had to know but sent it out anyway.
Great food, but tiny portions. I went hungry, and ended up having to topping off at In-N-Out on my way home.
The waiter boxed up my remaining beef salad. When I opened the to go container the next day, there was only salad greens. None of the beef was boxed up. Very disappointing.
Waitress was EXCELLENT and Food was OUTSTANDING..everything was GREAT
Good service, good food, fun place. Will be back soon.
Had the brunch french toast and totally enjoyed it.
Wonderful evening for my husband’s birthday. Great server and delicious food.
Service was strange. 5 different waiters helped us. Didn't work well. I hope this is not a new policy at Brio's.
Food is average - at best - especially for the price. Service was spotty and a bit off-putting, if not condescending. Will not return as there are much better options in the Southlake, Roanoke and Grapevine area.
