Great food and service .
Beautiful ambiance! The quiet environment was conducive to conversation. The service was warm and welcoming. We were served promptly and efficiently. Dinner was a delightful experience!
Quiet place for lunch than I am used to. I had the pesto chicken club sandwich which was tasty. Bit sparse on the number of fries. Attentive service.
Made reservations for 3, on Open Table for 3:30pm, got there 15 mins early, no hostess, seated by waiter, specifically asked to make sure Open Table reservation is checked off, was told by server he will check it off. Looking forward to great food, it was just okay. Artichoke dip appeared old and preheated, calamari was overly breaded, dried, and cold. Sons lasagne looked fresh, he said it was good, but spaghetti bolognese and pesto chicken appeared pre-made and preheated when served. Maybe because it was New Years Day and they were under staffed at 3:30, even though it was just us and another family in restaurant at the time, we were given leftovers, who knows. Got home later that evening, received email from Open Table that I missed reservation, disappointing meal and even more disappointment when scolded by Open Table about missing a reservation that I actually showed up for.
I made a reservation to have dinner with my family. We waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come our table. There was a guy behind us that used the F.... word over and over again and was very loud, not pleasant because I had a 9 year old with me. The food was excellent!
The food was very good but the service was below average.
Food was fantastic. Wait staff was terrible. basically non existent Food was not coordinated with the salads etc. They need to boost the wait staff.
The service was terrible. We had three people helping us at one point because our waiter kept disappearing. Kept asking for water, tea and bread to no avail. Food was mediocre and pasta was soggy and cold. Very disappointed. There were 7 in our group and it was my parent's anniversary.
everything was great but the service was a tad slow considering it was not a vert busy night. took us about 10 minutes to get waters and another 10 to order apps
As usual, delicious food and excellent service!
Christmas Eve dinner
Terrible service. Kitchen and bar badly understaffed. Not likely to return.
I love BRIO Tuscan Grille. The problem on this day is there was one waiter for the lunch service. He was fantastic, but could only do so much. It took a long time as you can imagine to initially order, get water, ice tea, etc.
As always, the food is terrific.
Our reservation was at 11 am, they did not open until 11:30. We had kids with us and had to wait for 30 mins. Service was mediocre. There were only 3 tables being served. Our food took so long, we waited for more than 1 hour from the moment they took our order. They did not give us any complementary items to make up for the wait. The food was also bad. Even the kids did not like their meals. Will not be coming back and will not recommend to anyone.
Service was wonderful- fresh lemonade perfect and my raviolis were light and creamy! Perfect. A feel the food has improved ... lighter and fresher food.
Was a great evening
Overall the food was bland. Cappuccinos were weak lacking flavor - more like a latte. The crema dessert was sweet but lacked flavor.
Dinner after shopping at Cherry Creek Mall and the service and food were very good.
Good food and very good service. A quiet night at Brio and we felt as though we were in our own private dining room. Excellent.
Everything was wonderful although the lamb chops were overdone.
The food was great as usual. The problem was the service. Our server, Felix, came over immediately and introduced himself. He asked if we had any time constraints. I said no which was true. I think he took that to mean we wanted to stay until closing. It took 30 minutes before he delivered water to the table and took our drink order. It then took 30 more minutes before he brought them. He apologized profusely, stating that there were new drinks and the staff was still getting used to them. The same excuse applied to the food which took forever to arrive. At the end of the meal he apologized again and said the next time we come to ask for him and he would take care of our appetizers and deserts. If he knew this dinner was so poorly done, he should have offered to take care of something now. By the way, we skipped desert since we didn’t want to spend another hour listening to Felix apologize some more. I will come back but I don’t ever want to sit in Felix’s section again
95 yr old mother’s birthday.
This was an absolute perfect experience. The food was amazing. Tommy was attentive, humorous and all around delightful.
The room was perfectly quiet with the music playing at a perfect level. Tables of folks were spaced such that no one was too close to another group of guests.
I'll be back many times. Wonderful, wonderful.
It was a bad night for Brio and for us. We had a waiter who did not wait on us and when we turned to other service people for help, we finally got drinks about an hour after being seated, then we were told by the manager that our server walked out. The manager retook our order and a long time later (they had problems in the kitchen as well) they brought our food. The pasta tasted delicious although not cooked.
All in all, the evening which was supposed to be a birthday celebration, was a disaster. The manager picked up our check.
Food was okay. Service was slow.
Problems with cleanliness, bench needed cleaning down, unclean water glass and dishes. Mixed drinks were made wrong and sent back. The bottled beer was the best part of the meal. The food was highly mediocreThis place needs an upgrade! Too bad since this detracted from a birthday celebration.
We had dinner with out of town guests on a Tuesday evening for a party of 8 adults and 2 children. The service was horrible, the food was over seasoned, less than an acceptable temperature, our meals came out more than 5 minutes apart and the restaurant was not busy at all. From the time we arrived to the time we left was almost 3 hours. Never again will we visit this establishment.
Having an evening out with casual friends that we haven't seen in a while.Delicious food, nice atmosphere and quiet so we could have a good conversation! In fact with our laughter we were probably the loudest people in the restaurant.
Foood was very ordinary., not what we expected.
Did not enjoy the Chicken Marsala at all! I have had other meals that were better.
food only fair. good value, nice place service good
This was such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THERE was maybe 6 customers in the restaurant!!
sat outside THE WAITER WAS SOMEWHERE else besides being a waiter! Our food came out & one was good
( Steak salad) the pasta dish that was order was horrible so dried out! We ordered another dish & much better( 25 minute wait for the new dish. The waiter never came back to the table. I had to go find someone WHICH WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND ANY EMPLOYEES. NO BARTENDER
No hostess was a ghost town!! Finally I found someone who.help give me a refill. Same situation getting the bill!
Nightmare on a Monday night @ 7:30 pm
Birthday celebration. The service was great and they validated the parking.
I had the ravioli, and the texture and flavor were excellent.
I would definitely eat at this restaurant again.
We have frequently been to Brios and it has been our go to place.HOWEVER this time was very disappointing. The dining room was empty, we were greeted by s hostess who could not smile and said she validated our ticket and had not. (3 extra dollars) Our server was pleasant but not attentive. The calamari had changed and was mediocre. The salad had dressing on it when requested no dressing. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our salad to get main course. The lobster shrimp fettuccine had mostly shrimp and was dry. Salmon was cooked too much.
While waiting for our meal our waitress never came by but a waitress we knew checked on our meal. Remember there were only 4 or 5 tables with patrons.
We have crossed this restaurant off our list.
Each meal was outstanding! We had a great time and the service was great
Excellent food and server. Didn’t hover and allowed us to take our time
Food and atmosphere was excellent. We felt service was a little slow. Had to ask for table items and additional refreshments. Never asked if we wanted desert. Expected a little better service for such an excellent restaurant.
Great time. Good food. Nice waiter and other staff helpful.
Food was just ok and the service left a littlet to be desired... she was very nice, but not exactly attentive - had to make several requests.
Made reservations for 3, greeted by hostess with a smile & advised her we were waiting for our third. She took our friends name & seated us! Approached by server within 2 minutes...once again greeting us with a smile & offered us a beverage but we wanted to wait for our friend. Without asking she brought uscwater while waiting. Her knowledge of menue & suggestions for both food/beverage were excellent!
