   It has a very nice upscale atmosphere with good food to match. The wedge salad is phenomenal Along with the pasta vodka and red sauce. Spicy but good!

   Forgot our order, great service recovery. Would definitely go again, just not a holiday. Great experience

   Although this isn't my first dining experience at Brio, International Plaza, it was the worst. We arrived about 45 minutes early for our reservation, was promptly seated and given our drink and appetizer order. Once we received our drinks and appetizer, that's when the service fell completely through the floor. We waited for over an hour to receive our entrees and the family seated next to us received even poorer service. The server apologized and mentioned something a new manager and that things are crazy that day, with over 600 reservations. I will be trying other dining options moving forward.

   We waited for about hour before receiving our food. The waiter never came by to address the long wait time or fill our drinks. We had to get his attention to have our drinks refilled. When the food was delivered the chicken was left out of my son's meal. He refused to let the waiter know for fear of another long wait.

   Love their food & service is always so great when we’re here. Officially obsessed with the shrimp and scallop risotto. Servers were so kind and helpful and the hosts giving out roses made Mothers Day extra special

   Mother’s Day dinner waited two hours to get our food. Manager was supposed to take care of it. Nothing was taken off of our bill.

   Our server Conner was great. There was some major problem with the kitchen. We ordered our food and then waited. Then waited. Then waited some more. We could see Conner running around and working. He came and apologized that the kitchen was taking so long. It took over 90 minutes for our food to come! Hey where is the manager??? You would think he would either be apologizing to the customers or in the kitchen getting the problem resolved. Well it is an open kitchen so no sign there. Conner brings the food finally and says don’t worry about the meal he is going to comp it after. After we are almost done with our meal the manager stops by to say sorry for the delay in the food an offers to comp the appetizer. What are you kidding me. I waited 90 minutes for the meal and you hide until we get our food and that is what you think is the right thing to do is comp an app??? No leadership and no sense of what to do to make it right.

   The food was great. The service was ok. We were there for 2 hours and 45 minutes for two pasta dishes and a kids meal. Kitchen was completely mismanaged. Even the servers were embarrassed by how long the food was taking.

   Mothers Day! Arguably the busiest day in the restaurant industry. 10:45 reservation. Took 23 minutes before someone came over to us, to tell us they were really busy. Again, Mothers Day! Shocker! Only wish i waited the same 23 minutes to get my food. Entrees came out an hour and 35 minutes later. Server was very apologetic, but unless you’re taking something off my bill, not really interested. Manager came over to apologize, and said he was going to make it right. Not only wasn’t dessert even offered, the only thing done with my 300 dollar bill was the server came over and said he wasn’t going to put down the automatic gratuity. Jeez, thats someway to make it right?? I’m gonna punish him?? Already paying a premium because i am supposed to be at an establishment in the service industry, maybe let someone in that disgusting management team know that. Terrible experience and will never be back! Great job ruining mothers day!

    They didn’t serve the brunch menu as it is shown online - maybe because it was Mother’s Day, but they should have had notice of that on their website and did not. Only served three breakfast dishes and then regular menu. I don’t really want gnocchi at 10 am. Once ordered, our food sat in the window for quite a while. $18 for lukewarm eggs and potatoes? No thanks. I’d be better off at my local diner. Nothing special for moms either besides the tiniest carnation you’ve ever seen. Most places offer mimosa specials or something for the holiday.
