I forget the young lady's name that was our server, but she did a wonderful job and was very pleasant.

Even with a busy dinner service, our server Jessie did a good job. All of the food was nicely prepared and tasty.

Food and drinks were excellent. Pasta dish was delicious. Would like to thank our server Estella for the excellent service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I had the medallions of beef with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was tiny and very tough with grisel and fat. The asparagus was tough and tiny and over cooked. I ordered a carafe of wine cooler. When it came and the waitress just set it down and left. She didn't pour it into the glasses. I could go on, but you probably know this is not a good restaurant. $38 per meal for bad food and service.

It has a very nice upscale atmosphere with good food to match. The wedge salad is phenomenal Along with the pasta vodka and red sauce. Spicy but good!

Fell way short of expectations. The restaurant was a little louder than expected (understood due to it being Mothers Day), but the portion size, food quality, and value just didn't fit the hefty price tag. Portion sizes were more consistent with a Tapas style restaurant than what you would expect when you enter a Tuscan style Italian eatery. We did appetizers, entrees, and dessert on this visit & still left hungry. Calamari ($18) app portion size was embarrassing when intended to split among 4 people. The 2 types of sauces given took up 2/3 of the plate leaving very little space for the actual calamari (which was lessened even more since they combine pepperoncini rings with the calamari. Shrimp & scallop risotto was $30+ and only had 3 shrimp and minimal bay-sized scallops with the risotto slightly undercooked - will definitely never be ordering that one again. Desserts were average, we tried the tiramisu and the chocolate cake - no wow factor on either one with the tiramisu drowning in a puddle of some sort of white goop. Service was as expected on a busy shift...good but not great. Refills were missed regularly and additional glasses of wine were left to die at the bar, taking 15 minutes to get delivered only after reminding the server and the dessert course already completed. Ended up chugging it because we felt guilty about holding up the table on a busy day from being able turned for someone else. Bottom-line assessment...there are much better options out there, next time I'll just head to Maggiano's where at least i know i wont leave hungry & likely save some $$$ in the process. We likely wont be back to this location and I'd caution others to significantly lower your expectations.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. We really enjoy coming to Brio on Sundays after church but this time it was very disappointing. It was Mother's Day and sadly they were understaff. We had a reservation as we always do but once we were seated, it took about 20min just to get water and another 20min for bread. After we placed our order it took a bit over 75min for our food to arrive and we kept looking for our waiter to come and check on us and but she wasn't around. We waved a staff member to get refill on our water. We didn't even get dessert. Close to 3 hrs and we were kind and understanding, didn't complain nor we were rude to the staff. We did our best to show our kids that sometimes situations like this happen and we can learn from it but I have to tell you, this was unacceptable. We tried to make the best out of this situation and enjoy Mother's Day as best as we could. I hope next holiday they are well prepared for the crowd.

Although this isn't my first dining experience at Brio, International Plaza, it was the worst. We arrived about 45 minutes early for our reservation, was promptly seated and given our drink and appetizer order. Once we received our drinks and appetizer, that's when the service fell completely through the floor. We waited for over an hour to receive our entrees and the family seated next to us received even poorer service. The server apologized and mentioned something a new manager and that things are crazy that day, with over 600 reservations. I will be trying other dining options moving forward.
