Always enjoy lunch with friends at Brio! Food is great and love sitting outside around bar area sipping a nice glass of wine with great conversation.

Normally you can count on brio. Last night was a disaster. Something was terribly off with the waitress. ( maybe she needed to take the day off?). Just one example;(as I’d rather not relive this) I ordered a chicken Caesar salad for an entree ( the dinner size portion) what she served was a side salad. When I asked her about my order she insisted it was the dinner size salad. I pointed to my neighbors with the same items which were 2x the size. She said it was another dish. She asked them what they had in front of them & they said the dinner size chicken Caesar salad. So she didn’t know what my order even looked like!! I asked her to take mine back n get me what they had. I think the manager ( a man) returned with my size salad portion thrown in a bowl . I told him this was no larger than what was on the plate. He sad he added more lettuce. At that point another table next to me said this just happened to 3 of them. The manager assured me that the plate side salad was the dinner order portion. When the bill came??? It listed a side salad with chicken as an extra !! Which was actually more money and less food!! The waitress(& manager)ordered my meal all wrong & then lied about it. No one bothered to look at what the waitress wrote down on her order. I’m DONE with waterside shops Brio!!

Confrontation over where the five of us would be seated, spoiled what should’ve been a nice evening. Tried to stuff five of us into a booth fit for four. Other options, put us next to the noisy kitchen when other tables nearby were available! Another restaurant that is under caring to the customer because there are too many people waiting! I will not return!

Our waitress had toooo many tables to tend with so she did not have time to ask us how our meal was & see if we needed anything. She was doing her best. Think Brio could use some bussers to bring water and bread to tables & clear away empty dishes as well as find out if anyone needs anything so this frees up some time for the waitress to b more attentive.

We love Brio and have visited several and they all are beautiful, food is delicious, drinks are great ! I got the lunch chopped salad and lasagna and it was absolutely delicious! Service is great and attentive. We always get a reservation and that is advisable because it is so popular! It is located at the Waterside Shops and after enjoying your meal you can shop at all the high dollar shops, or some reasonably priced shops.

Lunch on the outdoor patio was very nice. Service was on the slow side, but it didn’t bother us because we were in no hurry and enjoyed a leisurely lunch. Everyone’s food was good.
