Feels like this brio is going out of business…. Bad service, horrible bathroom situation, food is very poor quality( they even charge for a bread basket now), Chicken parm dish was chicken tenders with mozzarella melted on them, very very slow service.

The food at Brio is good and the pricing is fair. The service this time was slow, apparently from a shortage of staff. The seating process was incompetent and rude. We arrived exactly on time and were told we needed to wait outside in 90 degree, even though most tables inside were empty. When we said we would like to go inside to get out of the heat, we were taken inside and told to stand in the corner. When we asked why we couldn't be seated, we were told that because some people had arrived early snd some others late, the wait staff was too busy to serve us so we couldn't be seated because that would be "bad service". When we said we would rather sit than stand we were finally taken to a booth and seated. Some sort of seating issue has arisen most times when we go to Brio. I think the management needs to be reviewed and probably replaced. Often there are several staff trying to figure out how to seat people and a long line of frustrated people develops. This is in contrast to their next door neighbor (Bricktop) where the service is impeccable and seating is efficient.

Being told to wait outside in extreme heat and then asked to stand inside despite empty tables is not acceptable. We understand how important first impressions are, and the seating confusion you described—particularly when it’s been a repeated issue—is something that needs to be addressed seriously. Efficient and respectful guest handling should be a standard, not an exception. Your comments will be shared with our management team for immediate review. Quite frankly, we were disappointed in the food and service during our visit to Brio’s on Wednesday. I ordered the entrée salad and a cup of lobster bisque soup. Things started going south when I ordered an Arnold Palmer and I was told they were out of lemonade. Now mine you this was midday, we were outside and the temperature was 90°, so I just ordered the iced tea. When the soup was delivered, I asked for some bread or crackers and I was told there was an additional charge for both of these items, and remember, I ordered soup and at entrée salad. Whoever heard of a soup and salad without bread or crackers? and why the up charge? The lobster bisque soup was not of his usual caliber, and the salad was certainly nothing special.; it was a Caesar salad and grilled chicken. Evidently Brio’s is sliding south and I will not be back for a while . I had just had 14 people for dinner here and I spent an excess of $1000 and it was very good, so what happened? The cost of my soup & salad entrèe lunch was more than $30 and when the manager came by, I expressed my displeasure, of which he told me he would take it to management. I thought he was the management… so again what happened?

We had a great Mother's Day dinner. Food was exceptional. I had the mussels and calamari ($36 special) in red sauce. The pasta must be "home made" as it is a little al dente or tougher than store bought pasta. Bread is $4.50 not complimentary.

We had reservations for 2 for 2:00. We were promptly seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Our waiter was very nice and attentive to us. We ordered filet medallions, mashed potatoes, asparagus, wedge salad and key lime dessert. Everything tasted great!!! However some of our medallions were over done and tough to chew. We love Brios and plan to return. Thanks everyone for making my Mother’s Day Celebration Special.☺️☺️☺️

Food was average. Prices were high for what you get. Service wasn’t great at our table but I believe it was just our server. She wasn’t attentive at all. However we saw other servers being much better. Probably wouldn’t go back.
