It took over 30 minutes to receive our cocktails. The restaurant was nit crowded. The food was just ok. Some were received cold. Nit a great experience

So many things doesn’t happened in that beautiful restaurant. First, we’ve walked in 4 people and the hostess just gave us 1 menu 🤷🏻‍♂️ I asked for 3 more menus. 5 minutes later, I walked back and ask again for the menus. We order some bread (btw they charge the basket in your bill) the bread comes after our meal. All dishes we’ve order were anything else but not Italian at all, no sauce, dry, the pizza was a cracker instead of an oven sourdough, anyway. The waitress just left the table and didn’t ask us why all the dishes were full, if there’s was something wrong, she just make a pile and clean the table. For a $ 152 dollar experience (for a lunch no alcohol or wine at all) is so sad they don’t put a little effort in the service. I left a note with all the points. Remember Brio stuff, it’s been called “Hospitality” for some reason. Finally, you can feel the stress in anyone of the stuff since the begging. I’ll give another try once you arrange all details.

This visit: We needed to get up twice to get the servers attention. (It's was empty at the restaurant). Hand prints all over sliding glass is a turn off when you are eating. Flying friends too.

We had a delicious Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad for lunch, service was excellent and plenty of booths for seating. Love Brio!

Great ambiance with outside seating. Quiet. Food was very good. They were out of the meatballs, however, and took 25 minutes for them notify us that they were out, which meant we had to order something different and wait another 25 minutes for the food to come. Unfortunately, South Florida summer season, which meant that service was horrible. At 10% seating capacity, we should have had great service. Had to get our own plates and silverware to eat the appetizers, which we had already requested. They did offer a free dessert, but the damage was already done! Wait till the busy season to eat there when they are really busy to get the normal service.

Feels like this brio is going out of business…. Bad service, horrible bathroom situation, food is very poor quality( they even charge for a bread basket now), Chicken parm dish was chicken tenders with mozzarella melted on them, very very slow service.

The food at Brio is good and the pricing is fair. The service this time was slow, apparently from a shortage of staff. The seating process was incompetent and rude. We arrived exactly on time and were told we needed to wait outside in 90 degree, even though most tables inside were empty. When we said we would like to go inside to get out of the heat, we were taken inside and told to stand in the corner. When we asked why we couldn't be seated, we were told that because some people had arrived early snd some others late, the wait staff was too busy to serve us so we couldn't be seated because that would be "bad service". When we said we would rather sit than stand we were finally taken to a booth and seated. Some sort of seating issue has arisen most times when we go to Brio. I think the management needs to be reviewed and probably replaced. Often there are several staff trying to figure out how to seat people and a long line of frustrated people develops. This is in contrast to their next door neighbor (Bricktop) where the service is impeccable and seating is efficient.
