   Discontinued complimentary sourdough bead service. Now they charge for bread slices. Fried calamari as well as other plates were just warm and not hot .

   We had a wonderful time dining at Brio. Our excellent waiter was quite personable and helpful. He was attentive and did not rush us at all. The inside dining was not full so we had an easy time conversing at the table. I thought the bread was overpriced.

   Consistently good food! Nice menu with a variety of selection’s for even the pickiest of eaters. My go to is Carpaccio ! My husband and granddaughter had the crab cake special . Yummy

   I waited 24 hours to hear back from the Restaurant regarding my private message outlining our terrible experience at the Waterside Brio, but having not heard back from them. Hence, I will advise OpenTable members to avoid this location. The selection of our table, in back corner, a booth with no table linens as compared to table and chair dining was coupled with a server and runner with terrible attitudes ruined our experience. These 2 young ladies should go back to customer service training immediately or exit the industry. It is unreasonable to received a starter prior to receiving drinks. When the manager finally offered to check the status, he never returned. We had to fight to get a basket of bread, byw there is a charge, no problem, but diners should not have to beg for it in a timely manner. Also, after receiving our entre' the server never returned to check on us, invite us to order a 2nd cocktail or even a dessert. Don't be swayed by the inviting patio, the hostesses are very selective as to who is invited to sit there, and servers inside are clearly unhappy to be there. The end.

   Katherine was a breath of fresh air on the Naples restaurant scene. She was pleasant, warm, welcoming and professional. A very different experience from our last visit to Brio a few weeks ago. I would hire her in a heartbeat.

   Used to Ike Brio and Bravo and would got to both often. However, now that they are charging for bread, forget about it. Won’t go back to either. They profess themselves to be Somewhat of an Italian leaning!!! Well, learn about the Western European culture: charging for bread!!!! WHAT!!! Since they do not understand that culture , let me speak with an Eastern inflection!!! Sayonara!!! Look for me and my family at Aldo’s, DiJulios or Parmesan Pete’s!! All 3 are way better, and fantastic meal included bread!!!!

   The food was okay; but the portions were overwhelming. Prices have risen a lot over the last few years. Beginning this week, Brio is now charging for bread service. Waitstaff has changed often and service was slow. Brio should concentrate on higher quality food, smaller portions, and warmer food when delivered to the table. One understands that Brio has gone through bankruptcy and several ownership changes; but goal should be to deliver the best dining experience possible.

    I was disappointed to be charged$ 4.50 for stale bread. Most restaurants provide a small basket of bread as complimentary.
