Enjoyed a nice lunch out, hadn’t been in several months. Menu selections are still as delicious as we remembered. Service was A+, we will be back!
Our visit here was terrible. The entire restaurant smells of sewage. The server explained that they have been trying to solve the problem for months, after a nearby sewage pipe break. It was horrid. Our party of 6 each ordered different entrees and they were all mediocre, at best. Salmon was fishy, flatbread was bland and cold, lasagna was undercooked. The food quality was unacceptable. Our server was great, and did her best. This is not the Brio of years gone by.
Spaguetti that I ordered was flavorless..I did not enjoyed my meal at all. Very limited options in the menu
Fun place to celebrate a special occasion. Service was outstanding, food was good, and the atmosphere was fun.
So glad Brio on the Plaza reopened.

Brio in Country Club Plaza was very good and fairly crowded for a weeknight. With Covid spacing , a reservation is highly recommended. Food and service was very good. You will not get a menu must use your phone or look at website to see options.
Had to wait for about 25 minutes, even though we had a reservation. Food was good, but the server did not give correct change. Most of the servers were hanging out at the bar and we had to beg for drinks.

We have found our new Christmas Eve go to restaurant. We loved everything about this place.
All of our meals were like warmed up TV dinners. Nothing tasted fresh or flavorful.
Extremely disappointing. Very understaffed. Waited forever for food and drinks. Chicken was overcooked.
Our annual Christmas dinner with close friends and James too great care of us. Everything went well!
We made a reservation for 8:30, but it didn’t make any difference. We stood at the hostess station for 35 minutes before we were seated. We no sooner had our food and the staff turned all the lights on and started cleaning up. The 10:00 curfew meant that the staff had to start cleaning at 9:15. We felt very rushed and the experience was not enjoyable at all.

I don’t feel they did an appropriate job with social distance they had big parties on each side of us less then 4 feet away. Also, the hostess was rude, our waitress Was very nice and did a good job. Food was just okay

This was the second time we tried this Brio's. We were again disappointed and probably will not be back. We were used to the Brio's in Southlake, Texas which was always great. However, the one on the Country Club Plaza is less than hoped for. The food was cold, the server was forgetful, and it just was not a pleasant experience for the price. It could and should be so much better. It's too bad, because we loved the Brio's in Southlake...they never disappointed.

Good food, but service was slow & felt we were not followed up for second drink until much later. Perhaps they’re shorthanded due to Covid virus.

For the price, I did not feel the food was up to par. Unfortunately, Cupinis and Cheesecake Factory are better for less. After we finished our meal, we sat at the table for more than 30 minutes waiting on check.

We went for my grandmothers birthday. Enjoyed the food, portion sizes were GREAT! Just wish that we could have sat in the patio. Service was great....but we were the only ones in the dining room.

Service was absolutely terrible, food was incorrect, them while we waited for correct food my plate sat in front of me and got cold instead of being Taken back and kept warm or replaced. Once I finally did eat, it tasted like it had been from a buffet under a heat lamp. I gave brio another chance after the last fiasco when we brought a large group in, received half our flat breads and were told they were out of the others instead of being told at the beginning so everyone could choose something else. No. They just brought half of them and told us to choose something different for the other people. I want to like it. I want to sit on the patio and enjoy it. Unfortunately it’s been made really hard by the service and food quality.

We really enjoyed our experience at Brio! Our server which was new was really sweet and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband had a Caesar salad and Lasagna, and I had the Lobster Bisque and half a flat bread pizza. Everything was really really good! I also had a strawberry basil cocktail which was super good! We even ordered an extra flatbread pizza to go to have for dinner that night! We'll definitely be back!

I love The Brio and the great service. The Salmon Fresca is amazing! And it is affordable compared to other Plaza Restaurants.
