   Everything was top notch. The best Brio dinner we have ever enjoyed. The filet was tasty and tender. The Chicken Milanese was perfectly prepared. The Pasta a la Vodka was delicious. Our server was tending to several large prom groups and was pleasant and attentive to us as well as we watched her bustle back and forth. Well done!!

   Everyone was helpful and knew enter menu well. Our party (8)grew by 2 and the manager quickly reseated our party. For was wonderful. We will return.

   We love Brio! We have had great experiences at this location and Southlake. Unfortunately, last night’s experience was not as great. We had reservations to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, all came out quickly but went downhill after. My husband and I ordered steak both cooked medium. His NY strip came out medium well and my mignon came out medium rare. My husband returned his and it came out correctly cooked but was very bland. Our drinks were empty and we had not seen the waitress since we ordered. My husband had to get up to find her (Yes! We waited that long for a refill). My husband ordered a second old fashioned and we assumed our waitress forgot because it took 20 min. She came back to tell us that the bar was backed up. Which was confusing since it didn’t look busy. At least by the end we got to sing happy birthday and have dessert but it was not the experience we are accustomed to when we visit these locations. Hopefully our next visit, will be a better one.

   The Msnager was very nice. He actually initially brought water to out table. We didn’t see our waiter for at least 20 minutes after being seated and then I had to direct him on taking our drink orders and bringing bread. Then no bread plates. So we waited another 10 for those. I had to flag him down twice to have him even come over to take our order! Then after over an hour had passed we asked him where our food was and to refill our drinks!! I asked for the manager and he personally oversaw the food arriving. He gave us a discount but we were there 1 hour and 20 minutes before we ate. Our waiter was the worst we’ve ever had there. Inattentive and didn’t know how to manage his tables.

   Worst Restaurant experience I ever had we had a reservation for 8 o’clock. We get there guy took his time so sit us down doesn’t tell us anything about server or any type of hospitality. We sat for 12 minutes nobody came to even take our order. Worst Experience I ever had Me and my brother do our business meals twice every month at different restaurants I will never come back here.

   For Sunday mid day, it was so quiet we could talk and hear each other. Server, Alex, was very attentive and provided excellent service. The strawberry balsamic salad was fresh and delicious! The Tuscan scrambler had just the right amount of heat, but not too much. Great experience!

   5pm dinner for two on a Saturday. Not too crowded yet, and we had excellent service from Andrea. As usual, the Grilled Salmon Fresca was cooked to perfection. The Sicilian Shrimp Spaghetti was also delicious. They only had paper straws today which broke down after the first refill. Good thing I carry a portable silicone straw in my bag. Finally, our booth was in line with an awful cold wind stream every time customers opened the doors. Nothing could be done about that, though. Overall 5 stars, too bad about the cold wind coming through.

    Rather unimpressive restaurant. Food was ok, service was decent, but there wasn’t a plate that we had that impressed our table.
