    We went on Mother's Day with a party of 12. We had 7 adults and 5 kids. We were seated right away, but we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks, an hour for 2 appetizers, and an hour and a half for one kid's pasta without the sides. We were charged for everything, and a kids' meal without a complete meal. We asked if we would be comped for our meals since wait time was constantly going up, the waiter responded with If you wish to leave, you can. I have had 4 other families leave. We left at that point and canceled 7 adult meals. This was by far the worst experience we EVER had with Brio Italian Grille.

    Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a major disappointment. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait an hour and a half just to be seated. Once we finally got a table, we waited nearly two more hours for our food—and most of it arrived cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. The drinks didn’t help either; the sangria, in particular, had a bitter and unpleasant taste. It was a chaotic experience, made even more upsetting because it was meant to be a special Mother’s Day celebration. The service was disorganized, and the restaurant was clearly not prepared for the occasion. I left feeling very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I definitely won’t be returning.

    We arrived at 12:50 for our 1 pm priority seating and was told probably another 30 minutes before we could be seated. I made it clear we would sit inside or outside. I checked with the hostess stand a couple times but after two hours I saw the manager seating people who had 2 pm reservations and asked about our 1 pm reservation for 4 people. He immediately took us to a table and then asked our name which- which I assumed meant he would take us off the list. We ordered immediately ( even before we had water) but after 1 hour of waiting for our food the waitress said she would have the manager come over. However he never did. Then part of our food came out and it was cold - one meal was cold scrambled eggs so we just sent it back and asked for the check. One meal never came so we just asked to have it boxed so we could leave ( it had been 1 hour and 15 minutes and that meal was avocado toast - doesn’t seem that hard) so we paid our bill at 4:20 and let them know we still was never able to talk to a manager. My husband never ate after all that time. Then I get home and get a text that it looks like I no showed for my reservation and literally thought I was going to lose my mind. Happy Mother’s Day!

    Waited 90 minutes for food. Eggs were cold as ice. Management is terrible. Nothing taken off the bill. Never again.

    We were really looking forward to celebrating Mother’s Day here and made a reservation well in advance. Unfortunately, we waited nearly two hours at our table and never received our food. The table behind us, seated before us, was in the same boat. The manager was kind and apologetic, but couldn’t give us any clear reason for the delay or estimate on when food would be ready. Ultimately, we had to leave—hungry and disappointed—without ever being served. It’s understandable that holidays are busy, but this was beyond reasonable. A better communication system and more preparation would’ve gone a long way.
