   It was a Saturday night in season. We were confirmed for an 8:00PM seating with 2 children and 5 adults. I think we were seated about 9. Everyone , including staff, was tired and stressed. Food was cold. Server was overworked and food dispatch wasn’t the most pleasant. We go to Bravo a lot and this kind of service is not the norm. I think I’ll wait awhile before I return.

   Service was great. Food was EXCELLENT,and the portions are ver large. We didn’t have to wait for our reservation at all. Management is very personable.

    When making reservations, I asked for a table in as quiet an area as possible. My husband is hard of hearing and has a cochlear implant so this is not a frivolous request. Hostess brought us to a table in a very busy area in the middle of the dining room. I explained our situation and asked if it would be possible to sit at an available nearby table that was on a quieter area. She was immediately resistant to my request but finally said she would go back to the front desk to ask, leaving the 4 of us standing in the middle of the dining room. A few minutes later, while we were still standing there waiting for her to follow up with us, another party was seated at the table I had asked about. We continued to wait but she NEVER came back to let follow up, at which time she would have ideally talked about whether there were any other seating options available that might have been better for us. There were a number of other open tables at the time, so it doesn’t seem like this would have been unread. I felt that the hostess’s behavior was dismissive and very disrespectful, especially of my husband. If this encounter is reflective of her typical performance, she does not appear to possess any customer service skills. Eventually, after we finally got seated at the original table, our server was terrific for which were thankful and appreciative. As patrons who have dined at Bravo multiple times, we were very disappointed in our experience with being seated. Thank you for ‘listening.’

    Enjoyed a great meal again. Service was very good. Only complaint is that I was very disturbed to see that a very small bowl of ice cream for my grandson was $7.95. This was more than his meal???? That is gouging.

    Lunch with friends. The kitchen was extremely noisy with loud pounding during most of our lunch. We weren’t even sitting close to it and it was disturbing. Five flatbreads came out lukewarm with very little topping. Usually a great restaurant but not that day. May be short staffed also.

    The evening that I was there, there was an emergency directly behind me. A man was bleeding profusely, all over the floor and table. To his left he had a very large table of at least 10 . The only thing that upset me of the evening was that the management staff did not direct the waiters, and waitresses to immediately to, put fresh table cloths on the table, where there was a large amount of blood, where clients were very disturbed about looking at it, as I looked around, and looked at their faces. As an owner of a business, and a professional businesswoman, I would say that was a very bad call. I would implement training in future emergency situations.

    Server was not attentive until it was time for a tip. We asked for extra bread for our soup and never received it. Would choose a different restaurant next time for such a special event!

    Bravo over booked reservations. We were not seated for our 7:00 PM reservation until 7:50. Then an hour to get our food, even though immediately ordered upon being seated. Wait staff was professional and did their best to compensate for poor management. Food was good.

    Our waiter Gregory was excellent. He was so attentive to our every request and he was very busy serving other tables too. The food was good. Two of us had the Mediterranean salad , one with salmon and one with shrimp. I do remember the salad portion being larger in the past, and the shrimp were very small, but it was all tasty. Mom’s meatballs were very good and so was the chicken parm. All in all a great dining experience.

    Average restaurant. Nothing special about it. They don’t even use olive oil so that was very disappointing. Pretty close to your average Olive Garden restaurant.

    Think they stuffed in extra tables making it impossible to enjoy with tables back to back, aisles so narrow that people kept bumping into back of chairs and waiters carrying trays over your head, it was ridiculous in a restaurant that is usually very good. Big disappointment . Luckily our waitress was good

    We have eaten at Bravo before and have enjoyed it. This time was no exception. It was very good. We had an excellent meal of a frozen Bellini, Caprese Salad, Veal Parmesan and Tiramisu. Besides the excellent food, our server, Alexandria,, was the best. She was friendly, helpful and made good suggestions. She was one of the best servers we have had in a while. Please open up a Bravo restaurant again in Chicago or the northern suburbs. We live in Chicago and you used to have a Bravo restaurant in Evanston and Glenview. Please pass this suggestion along to corporate. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

    Food is always excellent. But our server did not follow up we asked for salt and pepper from the food runner. Never went to get them. And the server never came to check on us till we were finished.

    Our meals were not what we expected. They eggplant parmesan was a very small portion and the pasta was warm not hot. The pasta bravo was boring. My margarita wasn't a true margarita as they advertise.

    Good food. A little mistake on order dampened the meal. Fairly noisy at prime time. Modest portion sizes for the $$ but that’s fairly standard these days. Overall would return.
