Great experience as always. although this time waitress could have been more attentive.
Outstanding as always! Frank is a fantastic host. Our waitress Janelle is the best.
Frank is always excellent. My steak was a bit overdone but graciously bought me a glass of wine as an apology. And while the steak was a bit overdone, the flavor was delicious. My husband had prime rib and said it was delicious.
Bourbons 72 is wonderful. The food was great. The staff was wonderful. The wine list was excellent. I highly recommend it for a wonderful evening.
I took my grandmother out for her 84th birthday. She had the walleye and I had the filet, both cooked perfectly. Our waitress did an amazing job. My grandmother said it was best meal and night she has had in a very long time, and I would have to agree. This is the perfect place for any occasion. High quality food for a price, but worth every dollar.
Very much enjoyed our dinner on Oct. 1st. Went again the next night for a light meal in the bar area - onion soup and a small plate. Just what we needed.
We always have a great dinner there and from a price point perspective they are 5 stars... We had the calamari (interesting spin with peppery and nuts), I couldn't finish the petite prime rib (and I'm a big eater) and it was delicious and tender as butter. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding. Drink size and pricing was better than average. I was too stuffed to do dessert. The servers and maitre d were very attentive without being over bearing.
Server rude. Way over priced. Too bright.
It was fine, but it wasn't anything special. We ordered 2 New York strips and 1 risotto side to split (because the steaks come Ala Carte). We ordered a draft beer and a bottled cider. We paid $170 with tip. It was our anniversary and we were celebrating, they asked us about that at the reservation site but they never mentioned it during our dinner. It was just okay. Overpriced, and we didn't feel the food was outstanding to make it worth it. There was nothing to complain about, there was just nothing to be excited over.
I have recommended before. Prices seem a lot higher. Locals will have a hard time paying these prices.
It was Wonderful from beginning to end.Sampled some Bourbon from a sweet young lady. Our waitress Katherine was awesome and the food was Wonderful!
Love Bourbon 72 and will go back again and again. Have dined there multiple times and keep going back.
As always the food was amazing. Great dinner with the wife for her birthday. Ambiance and setting was romantic for about half the dinner, until a couple sat in the booth next to us with a crying baby. No fault of Bourbons 72. Not sure who brings an infant to a casino and an upscale establishment.
Onion soup was in a pastry, the entire bottom and sides of pastry were unbaked, raw dough. I ordered the Filet medium rare, was cooked rare. Very disappointing, very pricey for bad food.
Fantastic food and sauces. Cocktails were generous!! Excellent Filet
I did not find it an exceptional place to dine. The food was fine but not at a level they try to impress in advertising and online. For the pricing and everything being charged individually it was just an okay but not exceptional experience.
We took my brother and sister-in-law to Bourbon’s 72 for their 50th wedding anniversary. The soups were excellent and my steak was very good. Salmon was too sweet.
I was very disappointed in the manager. He came over and offered my sister-in-law a free dessert for their 50th wedding anniversary and Never came through with it. It was kind of embarrassing.
The manager would not let us order appetizers from the bar menu, even though we also ordered a 5 course meal. WTF?
Our waiter was a little quirky and always rushing around
Exceptional as always. Too bad a very loud woman was sitting next to us. Not the restaurants fault however, just rude or maybe oblivious to her level of communication.
Frank always takes such good care of us! Janelle our waitress is friendly, attentive and so outgoing! No matter who takes care of, the service is spot on. And the food is always great!!
The service was awesome the greeter was great overall love felt the chef was exceptional love it food was great lemonade tasted so good service was exceptional thanks
Menu was very limited. Food was very bland and not some where I would choose to go again.
Enjoyed my meal very much
Nice quiet dining experience, we enjoyed celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary dinner at bourbon 72
This place was amazing. Food to service to the atmosphere. Worth every penny we paid for are food. Melt in ur mouth steak to mouth water Desserts. Our go to place in the TC area. Need to get through the Casino though.
Best king crab legs my fiance and I have ever tasted. We dine at a lot of nice restaurants around the country and these were the best!
My husband and I had a great experience. The food was amazing. Service was above and beyond. I highly recommend.
The restaurant was nice. We don’t gamble and we don’t smoke. Finding the restaurant was the difficult part. We were 10 min late for our reservation. Walking through the casino to get there probably would not have bothered most people but we didn’t enjoy that. Wait staff was nice and efficient but we probably wouldn’t go back. We’d try another place next time.
Have always enjoyed my meals at Bourbons 72, and will definitely return.
Enter through smoke-filled casino.
Tired fixtures and well-set tables but with bright sunlight (i.e., not more appropriate subdued lighting) coming from one side of the room give an impression of a fog of cigarette smoke staining all surfaces.
Although the establishment wants to be “up-market”, most diners not dressed for an up-market experience.
Delightful hostess-server made up for much of the poor first impression of the restaurant.
Big-city prices for tasty but average food. Not a wasted meal out but we’ll not return. .
Never sure how the hotel and casino restaurants are going to be but this place is great. There were 5 in our party and everyone was happy with their appetizers, sides and appetizers. I’d skip the desert next time- nothing special, but everything else was great including the service.
too much cigarette smell...Im allergic.....had to walk through smoke filled casino to get there.
Everything was excellent the food was cooked to perfection. Aaron our waiter was great. Only thing is you should have the room a little darker for the ambiance it was too bright, with sun coming in from exit door curtains... will definitely be back. Great place to celebrate special occasions.
Great service friendly staff. Good food just a tad overdone on steak. Ambience is very nice. Able to eat and talk without noises interfering.
Outstanding dinner, top notch service, biggest lobster tail we have seen.
Great staff and great food. Some menu items are pricey but worth the money
The halibut was fantastic. Loved the Korean beef soup too. Will be back. Great place!
The time of our reservation was not very busy. The restaraunt was clean, the staff was friendly, and our table was great. Each course was plated exceptionally and tasted phenominal. The food melted in our mouths. They suggested the wine to pair with our food and it was spot on. Thanks for a great evening.
