Great barbecue and chef pride go hand-in-hand. And we have both. Our southern-inspired menu has the classic recipes that you crave, and the perfect twist on traditional dishes that are sure to satisfy. Taste our Bourbon Glazed Salmon and Bacon Wrapped Smoked Meatloaf. Or check out our signature Louisiana dishes including Jambalaya or Shrimp and Grits. Our meats are smoked in our Ole Hickory Pit Smoker and everything in between is made in our scratch kitchen. Our rubs and sauces are all our own recipe. Incredible smoked meats and great bourbon are what we're made of. 21+, you can also enjoy our Bourbon Room every night after 4PM which has our Cigar Patio attached - made to relax by the firepit with a perfectly paired glass of Bourbon. The food was amazingly good, I love the fried pickles and our server was so kinda and really helped with our overall experience !

Excellent food and service. After dinner coffee was quite cold which is surprising for a restaurant of this caliber.

We dined here before a concert and enjoyed our meal and drinks in the Bourbon room. We ordered the deviled eggs, meatloaf and red beans & rice. Everything was delicious! The cocktails (Black Manhattan and Vieux Carre) were fantastic! The bartender (so sorry I can't remember his name) made delicious drinks and after our drinks, when we wanted to do some neat pours, had some great recommendations. A great experience before a fantastic concert. We will be back!

This restaurant is casual and pleasant. Our server was excellent. 2 people in our group had the Smothered Chop Steak and said it was delicious. The salmon was perfect but the rice and spinach were barely warm. I sent it back twice. It was very good. The house salad was boring, tomatoes were hard, blue cheese dressing was perfect. No bread? Really? Corn muffins were okay, too small and somewhat dry. The Chocolate Cake for 2 was gigantic, plenty for 4 people. It was awesome.

We visited for Mother’s Day brunch. Most of the food on the buffet was great except for the potatoes which tasted like rocks. I’m not sure if they were microwaved or if they just sat out too long but they weren’t good. The rest was tasty. My favorite dish was the prime rib which had a wonderful smoked flavor and was very tender. For the price of $55 I was hoping to see some seafood options or some more high end options. Ham and prime rib was all you get except for the basic brunch fare so it wasn’t anything extraordinary for $55.

Always love the food and drinks here. They have an extensive whiskey menu and the old fashion is tasty. The brisket is perfect and the chicken fried steak is delicious. Definitely a mainstay place for great food.
