The worst food and worst value. Very poor service as well. I was very disappointed in the Bouquet as the property itself is very nice and the hotel was great. We will return to the Hotel but not the Bouquet.

Good food, lovely venue, great service, probably more expensive than it should be. If you have your own Ponte wine you can bring it to dinner and they will open it with no bottle charge.

It was a nice restaurant for the Inn. We were a party of 6 for brunch. Service was a little slow. We had to remind the staff twice that the coffee we ordered hadn't been brought to the tablet yet. They did keep that off the check. We wanted to sit outside, but were told we had to be inside. Staffing issue? The food was good and the price was fair. We had a good time, but not someplace you want to hang out and continue having drinks like we usually do for brunch.

Quality of food was not good. Ordered steak and it was so tough and bland. Had to settle for a burger and thankfully I ordered it with bacon and avocado since the burger it self wasn’t very flavorful. We stayed at hotel for 2 nights and overall stay and rooms are nice. There is better food in Temecula though.

If you fix that then this can really be a good choice. The quality of the food is there.

Had brunch here on a Sunday. Nice quiet atmosphere but the food was average at best. We had the eggs benedict which was nothing special but good enough and the pork belly hash which I would never order again. It was served in a bowl that has a quarter inch of greasy water at the bottom and the potatoes were soggy and the pork belly had no pork on it at all-- it was just the fat and it wasn't crisp so it was pretty unappetizing. The service was very good and probably would've taken the hash back, but we never asked them to. This is a great place to come for drinks and sit outside, but there are much better places to have brunch.

My score would have been a five-star, however it took a very long time to get our two dinners. The waiter apologized but that’s about it. A little disappointing for such a nice restaurant.

We have tried Bouquet several times we keep hoping that it will be a better experience since there isn’t that much to choose from in wine country. But once again we were disappointed this time our entrées were both over salted and seasoned. Salmon is more like an appetizer portion and it was overcooked. Breakfast is very good, service this last time was bad, they paraded our food around to other tables before we got it, then I had to get up and try to find someone to get our bill.

The Bouquet is a place that I've been multiple times, and each time, I'm pleased by both the service and the food. On this last visit, our host was very considerate and accommodating of our request to sit indoors. Once we moved from where he initially sat us - right next to the fire place which threw off a surprising, face-melting heat - the experience was lovely. My spouse got the steak with shoestring fries, cooked medium (it was perfectly medium) and I got the short-rib over yukon potato and parsnip purée. The short-rib was cooked amazingly well, and practically melted in my mouth, while the vegetable purée, asparagus, and tomato added the right amount of acid and salt. Since the founding of Ponte's sister winery, Bottaia, they've begun offering some of those wines in their restaurant. We tried the Bottaia Sangiovese, which is a subtle red and accompanied the short-rib very well. Finally, the staff members were all friendly and not invasive, which is a hard balance to strike, particularly when all efforts are (at least in part) going toward selling the wine they make. I always recommend that folks take a meal at the Bouquet or The Restaurant at Ponte if they're visiting for more than a tasting. It's well worth the time, and the staff will make sure you feel taken care of.

Had a great experience. Wine was amazing, got two bottles of the Ponte Chardonnay which was amazing with our pastas. Our serve was great and a tentative. She made sure to bring out our hungry three year olds food first since she was very hungry and out glass were always filled.Plan on making this a family tradition every year. Great Christmas Eve dinner.

First time visit and I must say this has been one of the best dining experiences I've had in the wineries. We sat inside the beautifully decorated restaurant that nice and intimate with a fireplace. James our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the salmon and short ribs. Perfect for a chilly night. We ordered the super t to go with it and it was delicious. The manager came by and was very nice asking us about our meal. We look forward to returning.

We usually like this restaurant, however on Friday night the service was extremely slow, our server kept forgetting to put our order in for drinks and food. The food was not up to the usual standard. Steak frites over done and dry. Had to dip the steak in ketchup just to eat it.
Hopefully better next time.

Es la cuarta vez que vamos mi esposo y yo a este lugar , por que la tres veces anteriores habíamos cenado muy rico un steak con un pan artesanal calientito, de hecho solo por eso íbamos , esta ves que fuimos fue decepción total , la comida fue de muy mala calidad , comida que en cualquier otro lugar pudieras comer , ya no existe el steak que comíamos y el pan nos lo dieron frío y duro !! Un servicio pésimo , con muy mala actitud , la comida dejo de ser Gourmet , quedamos muy insatisfechos !

Beautiful evening with delicious food. Great ambience, great service too. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and wanted to have a special meal at a special location. This checked every box. I would highly recommend Bouquet, they helped create a very special and memorable birthday celebration.

From the food to the ambience, this was a very disappointing experience. Don’t look at the website photos and think that’s what your experience will be like. There are no rugs on the floor, no table cloths on the table, no large wine glasses and no ambience. Very deceptive. As for the food, it was way below average and certainly does not support the price. The kitchen needs help. There is no value here.

Food was good. The hotel suggested the garden bar as a place to wait as we arrived early. No one came to our table so my husband went up to the bar. The bartender looked at him three times and never acknowledged he was there so we left and came back only for the meal. When we told a man at the front desk about our experience he never apologized and said oh and walked away.

Something is seriously wrong with your reservation system. This restaurant WAS NOT EVEN OPEN when we arrived for our 2:30 lunch reservation, which you confirmed! They are not open in the afternoon. After we had been driving for 2 hrs...that was quite the disappointment. First time Open Table has ever disappointed.

At $30+ per main dish, I was hoping for one of those meals that wowed my tastebuds. The steak was tasty but I wasn’t impressed with the frittes. They were good as French fries go, but still just French fries. My wife had the wild salmon. Also pretty average. I hate to be so critical but hope this will encourage the chef to get a little more creative.
As to ambiance... The back patio was very nice. It is in the courtyard of a beautiful inn and faces out to a pond with a nicely lit fountain, and vineyards and rolling hills in the background. The service was good.

Service was slow and inconsistent. It was not busy but we had to ask for water, beverages and to place our order. Bloody Mary Bar poorly stocked and we had to ask for items to make our drinks each time. For price vs quality, I’d recommend trying another winery for brunch.

This was the first time the food and service wasn’t up to their standards. I’ve eaten here over 20 times and it’s always been great.
