Experience was good and food was tasty. Best dishes were the chocolate cake, Aubergine, and Greek Salad. There was bit of a misunderstanding with our allergies which we worked through. It didn't help that it was one of the hottest days of the year and we were near the kitchen.

Very warm & welcoming staff. Great quality food, very well taken care of loved the experience. Staff friendly and even made to feel very special on birthday with a personalised birthday card!

I had high hopes for Bottagra. Unfortunately, they were swiftly taken away by the rudeness of the waitor, the tasteless food, and the expensive prices. First, I was the only one sat in the scorching sun as I look young and they probably assumed I wouldn’t complain. Secondly, the waiter blatantly ignored me and wasn’t listening to my questions whatsoever to the point where I dreaded him coming back. And lastly, the food was not even good which made the massive bill even worse. I would not suggest coming here. (Not even for their acclaimed dessert).

Wonderful spot! Will g o again! The service was amazing and we got a free Greek salad and the staff were nice enough to let us hang out in the restaurant in the time between lunch and dinner.

All in all - we had really high hopes for this place. Ultimately, however, food was tasty, but not worth the hype. The service felt hectic and rushed. Ambience was convivial and fun, lots of young people around dressed up, but it was very noisy, very hot, and very hard to move through tables to the toilet without bumping into someone raising a glass or trying to enjoy their meal. Highlights were the shaved cauliflower salad which was fresh, well balanced, and a medley of lovely textures, and the quality of the bluefin tuna tartare. Portions for entrees were super tiny, even though sharing plates were recommended. We were surprised by two tiny crusts of bread offered with the “tarama” when so many other restos in the area are serving a few thickly cut slabs of toasted Dusty Knuckle or similar. A disappointment in that respect. Mains were portioned appropriately. Well-prepared but nothing special. If you’re keen for a fun quick snack around gorgeous looking people before your Friday night dinner or show, this might be your place. But we will not be returning for dinner or recommending it.

I think this is my fav restaurant in London so far. The bread as a starter with aubergine sauce is amazing! 4 pics totally is not enough! The prawns are just too overcooked for us. But the steak is super tasty!! Only the limited time to enjoy the food is too strictly.

Service slightly slow. Had to wait few minutes for table to be ready. Service slightly slow but maybe due to be seated outside. Food was wonderful as always. Great starters and, sea food. Will be back

I’d heard much about Bottarga so was excited to go. We were a table of 4 and ordered 3 mains between us - the rib-eye, whole sea bass and baby chicken - and everything was delicious. We also ordered some mezzes and sides which were wonderful too. A small issue with one of our waiters who was a little too aggressive with the wine pouring. It felt opportunistic and was totally unnecessary. Nevertheless, we had a very enjoyable experience and would go back again in a heartbeat!
