  Black Phoenix melds rich bold coffee with the smoky flavors of chipotle peppers, giving it just a touch of heat. To insure the freshest coffee available, we had our local Orange County friends, Kean Coffee, custom roast a batch for us. Notes of chocolate complement this complex and bold stout

  Helles Lager Brewed at our Costa Mesa Tasting Room. Lightly floral with notes of Honeysuckle, and some light malt Crisp, dry, refreshing

• Dopplebock, Bock - Doppelbock 8% ABV

  Rich, Malty, Double Lager

• Old World Hefeweizen, Hefeweizen 5% ABV 10 IBU

  Our German-style Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat beer that is handcrafted using only pure imported Hallertauer Mittelfrueh noble German hops to give it an original old world taste. With its white creamy long lasting head, golden color, subtle aroma of bananas, and light hop taste, our Hefeweizen has a crisp refreshing taste. The smooth balanced finish makes this a perfect beer for everyday enjoyment!

We brew this beer using only the finest American barley and hops and add even more hops as it ages to give it a great balanced citrusy taste and aroma. This beer is sure to please anyone who enjoys the refreshing taste of American hops without the bite of an IPA

  Mexican style lager. Like dos equis but better

• What the Huck, Cream Ale 6% ABV

  Huckleberry cream ale. Sweet huckleberry aroma Berry forward flavor with a clean, crisp finish

  Here's the skinny on Far Out IPA. This is one hip beer. The galaxy hops from Australia gives it a funkadelic tropical fruit aroma, and the balance between the malt and hops is wicked. You'll want to bogart this one because every sip keeps you wanting more, and at 7% abv, this IPA will have you talking jive in no time! It's going to be difficult not to dig this beer, because its Far out, Man

• Far Out IPA (Thai Tea) IPA - American 7.2% ABV 67 IBU

  We added a Thai Tea addition to impart a slight orange hue and hints of orange creamsicle which compliment the hop characteristics of mango, passionfruit and guava found in Far Out IPA!

  Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma.   An ale made with Boysenberry. Deep amber color with a purple hue. A tad sweet to complement the fruit.Fruit forward with some caramel malt sweetness

• Rocco Red Ale, Red Ale - American Amber / Red 7.1% ABV 36 IBU

  A classic example of an American Red, Rocco Red Ale has enough caramel malts to stand up to the pungent pine and citrus flavors and aromas from the Chinook, Cascade and Columbus hops.
