Maya and Ryan were warm, welcoming and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious, obvious that great care and attention went into the details. This place is incredible and chef Patrick’s innovative and vibrant menu is sure to please!

PHENOMENAL!! The Chef is INCREDIBLE!! I am a vegan and have a very difficult time going out to dinner with my non-vegan family. Either they are happy with their food choices or I am; not both. The Chef at Bonito Bistro EASILY makes all of us DELICIOUS 😋 meals we greatly enjoy!! Can't wait to go again!! Maybe tonight!! 😉😋🥰

Chef clearly has talent and is blending flavors really well. Ambiance needs some work to pair with the food, but definitely should not turn you away from making reservations!

This was my third time at Bonito Bistro, Chef Patrick is an excellent, in my opinion he should be considered to be a Michelin chef. the food is so wonderfully prepared, you can taste all the flavors in the meal. great, great! his staff, Abby what a wonderful waitress, very personable and pays attention to details, and Ryan the bartender so attentive to your requests. i cannot say enough good things, you MUST go to experience it, although a limited menu, it will please you, guaranteed! My first time there it was just my husband and I, I brought a party of 5 the second time and a another party of 5 the third time, all different people and they all love it. i will be back for sure.

Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. This is not a super fancy place and there were not very many people in the restaurant so our expectations were no high but WOW the server was very nice, food was excellent and the food came out quickly. What a treat !!!

We wanted to try it post-season. I have to admit the decor and ambiance were a bit underwhelming for a "bistro," but we understand that, in time, things can change. And we hope so, as the food was delicious and plated well. Drinks were well-made and fun, with "bistro" glassware. Instead of wrapped silverware, we would love a proper place setting, real flowers, and less corner kitchen decor. Chef is doing a great job with flavor and food, so we wish him well and can't wait to see what's in store.

What a wonderful local gem hidden away in the corner of a strip mall off the Bonita Beach Road. Ryan and Maya were super friendly and the food was excellent. Definitely worth another visit!
