We love it there, ambiance, food, and especially service. We have our favorite waitress, Kaitlin. From now on , will always ask for her.

I think the price of $7 for iced tea is ridiculous. A recent price increase was implemented. Never going to order that again. Our fried eggs were overcooked this time. Very slow service with only 2 tables in the morning. The atmosphere is nice and inviting.

The brunch was excellent, the menu was extensive with options for everyone. The service was incredible, our glasses were never more than half empty. We will definitely be going back!

The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The seafood paella was incredibly well cooked and delicious.

This was an overall great experience. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Great visit for my husband's birthday. Wait staff were incredible. I don't recall our server's name but he was great. He was medium height with dark brown hair and very slim.
Great place and romantic too.

It was our first time visiting Bolero. We went for my wife’s birthday and we were not disappointed.

Beautiful place. Wonderful service. Food however, not impressed. The fabada was too thick (it is more runny than given. It looked like chilli). No black sausage is a downer. The croquetts with american cheese? (Yellow cheese) made it taste like a grillled sandwich. Drop de cheese or add in another white cheese.
We eat Spanish food often and my husband is from Spain :) But adored the place and service!!!

The grilled octopus and ceviche were definitely the stars of the show. I loved that you could do a wine tasting at dinner. All the wines were exceptional.

Everything was awesome . I just didnt like one thing. We were served water and the waitress came around to refill our cups from the same jar of water she was refilling all other guests and tables. With covid .. I did not find this measure safe , so I stopped drinking water .

We shared the shrimp and fried cauliflower with a nice bottle of white wine and the portions were adequate enough for us to share for dinner. The food was really very good and the wine recommendation by our server was a perfect pairing. We chose to be seated in the outdoor patio area and it was quite windy. Heating lamps and possibly some plexiglass could make the area more comfortable.

This was our first time dining at this new restaurant in Temecula, and all we can say is “Wow!” The food was absolutely delicious, and creative, such as the “Organized Caesar” which is a deconstructed Caesar salad which was great. We also had the Garlic Shrimp, and Ceviche which had a lot of flavor. The star of the day though was definitely the paella. We had the Mixed Seafood and Spanish Chorizo Paella and it was one of the best dishes we’ve had in a very long time. I’ve had several paellas, including one in Spain many years ago, and my wife and I both agreed this was the best paella we’ve ever had. It was perfectly cooked and all the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Just remember to order as soon as the waiter stops by the first time since it takes about 45 minutes to cook.

Our waiter was equally good, and was very attentive and friendly. He gave us great advice on what to choose, and had a recommendation to save the sauce from the garlic shrimp we had initially to pour over the paella for added flavor, and he was spot on! I highly recommend doing this.

Overall, it was a very memorable experience and we can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Temecula. This is our new number one dining spot there!

Family style meal, would recommend to anyone coming to Temecula wine country. Enjoyed the cheese board, Cesar salad bites, ceviche, croquets, scallops, tomahawk steak and paella! Best tomahawk and ceviche I’ve ever had!

We enjoyed our al fresco breakfast two mornings. Our server was very nice and remembered us on the second day. The food is good, though I expected a bit more from a place that indicates they use organic eggs in their omelets. The fillings were bland. The Papas Bravas seemed to be a frozen potato product which was deep-fried. The accompanying sauces were pretty good, but I expected more than french fries with dipping sauce. On the second morning, I enjoyed the crepe filled with tasty orange marmalade, bacon, and cheese. My husband found his oatmeal disappointing. The menu said it was accompanied by blueberries and brown sugar. The generous 2-cup portion of cereal was topped with a sprinkle of sugar and THREE berries: 2 blackberries and ONE blueberry.

Everything on the menu was a shared plate, so if your going with a group be aware. Plan on the Tomahawk Steak it was amazing. Only down fall is the current outdoor seating arrangement, we were a party of five that were placed at a small round table to attempt to have dinner. This was mention to the staff several times and was just laughed off. There were plenty of extra tables empty that could of been moved over so we had more room to fit our party. For the price of the meal I expected a lot more so I don’t think we will be back.

Great food! We had cheeses, shrimp, papas, lamb chops and asparagus and leeks. Dessert ice cream and chocolate tart. I can’t see anything bad at all.

First time at this restaurant, we love Spanish tapas and had to try Bolero. The food was great, everyone was friendly, courteous and delivered great service. If you love Spanish food as I do, you need to visit Bolero.
