    Delicious as always!! The food is truly the best and service is wonderful. My only complaint is that the fans outside create a terrible shadow on the tables and the fan blades circling on the table with the shadow is hard on the eyes

    Meh!!! We were so excited to visit Europa Village and Bolero restaurant based on comments from a couple of friends. The property is pretty and very well done. I would not recommend going on any day other than friday, saturday, sunday as many areas have limited hours the other days of the week. The website in not very helpful for newcomers. Bolero Restaurant: Food: Tapa style. Some items are amazing, others are not good at all. Service: Very slow. We waited over 20 minutes to get drinks....even water! The waiter was friendly, but not very attentive. Didnt know much about wine.....at a winery! Atmosphere: The restaurant is well designed and has a warm vibe. However, the indoor portion is extremely noisy. We were outside and the table next to us was doing facetime over speakerphone. We asked the staff to ask them to stop.....but were too afraid to address the situation. We booked with the mention that this was a birthday celebration. The hostess noted the birthday when we arrived.....and that was the extent of their recognition of our special evening. I might consider returning someday, but I definitely wouldnt go out of my way to recomend it.

    This place is absolutely amazing and worth coming too. I definitely recommend this winery to anyone that wants to eat delicious food and wants absolutely amazing service. Our server Philip was incredible and gave my family and I and great experience. I am definitely coming back again.

    Had an amazing dinner at Bolero Restaurante in Europa Village in Temecula, CA! We had the fritas, which were panko crusted olives stuffed with feta cheese. I had the ceviche and my mom had the carne asada. All the food was so delicious! Olives were amazing and I loved the fish with the habanero infused oil. The asada was fantastic too! Our server Keith was wonderful and and added to an amazing night! Absolutely loved this restaurant. I thought what I paid matched the quality of food, service, and atmosphere. I highly suggest checking this fantastic restaurant out!

    Ordered meat paella and after waiting almost 1 hr, they served us the wrong one & it was ice cold. We waited another 30min to be served the correct paella. They comped the paella but we were expecting them to take care of a bottle of wine that we purchased while we waited for the food to be made. The manager denied the request. I've been here multiple times and being father's day this was a let down. Won't be going back anytime soon.

    I would have given a higher rating, but despite having a table reservation, we chose to be seated outside in the 94 degree heat because there were too many flies inside. They may need to do something about that; specifically, because the tables were pre-set with settings/silverware and we felt like the flies were crawling all over them. If you aren’t bothered by that, then you will have a fantastic experience because both the food and the service were great.

    Had a reservation at 3pm. Was told upon arrival they still had people with reservations from 1:30pm to seat. Would be a 30 minute wait. Checked after 30 minutes was told another 10 minutes. Checked again and was told we were next on the list. 4pm we still were not seated. Not worth all this aggravation. Management has no clue what they are doing. They seated two parties ahead of us that did NOT have reservations. Will not return.

    I made a reservation to celebrate my husband on Father’s Day and when we got there, our table wasn’t ready, we had to wait for a while and walked around in the meantime, we came back and the young lady didn’t put in the request for our table until the other beautiful and nice lady took us in. Everything else was good food, service ☺️
