   We had a lovely time the food was good and good service. But I specifically booked an outdoor table on the terrace I emailed to follow up and confirm this and when we arrived we had been put inside. We ended up sitting on the bar bit outside as luckily people left . Was slightly annoying though! All in all we had a good time.

   Slightly disappointed with an ambitious menu which would be better simplified. Staff were pleasant but service pretty slow and my hamburger wasn't really hot enough - seemed to have been sitting on the side before being brought to the table. Fish and chips were very good - especially the chips. A pleasant enough evening but some room for improvement.

   Had a lovely family lunch to celebrate wedding anniversary. Nice selection of food although most of us chose fish and chips...lovely. Children's menu was fine. Nice area to sit as we had a dog with us. Well positioned by the Thames so lots happening outside. Good service.

   Great- the Sunday roast was excellent as was the beer. Really dog friendly - look forward to going back. Staff were also excellent.

   We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The waitress who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and we were seated quickly at our table. The waiting staff were very helpful and friendly. The three of us ordered a main course with sides only - the burger, 2 with beef dripping chips and one with regular fries plus a side salad. The burgers turned up with 3 portions of regular fries. The waitress was very apologetic and the chips turned up within a few minutes. Unfortunately, by the time the chips arrived, the burgers were at best tepid (though the chips were hot) and perhaps it was because of this that they seemed to have very little flavour and I can't think of many people who would be happy to have spent £17 on a tepid, rather flavourless burger. On top of that, half way through the main, my son and I ordered a further two half pints of pale ale and two pints arrived - not a problem as easy to remedy, but we felt a bit let down that not only had our very simple food order been incorrect, but also the additional drinks order too. Overall, charming waiting staff but the food looked far better than it tasted and I expected better at that price.

   Great ambiance. Very nice waiter. Good food - except we waited over an hour from ordering to getting our food. And several of the lamb chops on one of the plates were still raw. Literally. I took them back and they apologised profusely, and didn't charge us for that meal. Said that there were problems in the kitchen. It was a very appropriate response and we appreciated that. We always like to go there and will go back.

   Delicious Sunday roast, the vegan Wellington was the best I've had. Wasn't expecting the live music which created a great atmosphere. A lovely spot on the river. Highly recommend.
