Perfect for cherished moments with loved ones. The Christmas Menu is priced at £165 for adults and £83 for children. A deposit of £50 per person is required on the reservation date, with a full refund if cancelled at least 2 weeks prior. Please note this is the only menu available

Overall good experience. The food was very good, particularly the fish starters and the crispy duck salad. The place nice and clean. The beverage could be improved. Cocktails did not taste great, and one bottle of champagne arrived warm. However, they were very professional and did not charge for them. Personnel professional, nice and friendly.

Enjoyed our lunch but was surprised to see the tip amount was 14.5% This just felt like it was pushing it too much where standard is 12% there wasn’t anything exceptional meaning this venue should set this higher than others

Had a lovely family meal. We were accompanied by a 1 year old toddler and happy we were made to feel comfortable with her. Overall the food was good although a little expensive for what was ordered, but that's to be expected in Chelsea. Would come back again.

We had planned lunch at the restaurant after going to the V&A’ Cartier exhibit. All a great experience. Highly recommended.

Service was terrible, 20 mins for the first drink to arrive, we asked for water >7 times. Staff and the manager were not aware of what time kitchen closes for orders. They didn’t set the table. 5 star on food.

What happened to the Bluebird Restaurant??! The upstairs bar and restaurant used to be a firm favourite but this last visit was the last visit. The outside and courtyard are so pretty but upstairs it looks like someone is halfway through packing up all the furniture. The room looked so empty, undecorated and unappealing. The service was attentive but the cocktails and the food were middling and not what it used to be or what it should be at their price point. what a shame.

We do thank you for sending such a detailed review and we can assure you that each of your comments shall be attended to and utilised to improve our service. And you are correct that the bar is a bit empty as we are sending each of the sofas in turn to be either reupholstered or deep cleaned as they are used 365 days per year. However that does not alter your time with us at Bluebird and we would hope that if you would return in the future then we can try our best to offer you a five star experience again. This was a last minute reservation before attending a concert in the o2. From the moment we arrived the staff were really friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. They even presented my friend with a mini birthday cake which was super sweet! This was our second time at Bluebird and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself has beautiful surroundings and ambience and is very chick and comfortable. It’s definitely worth a trip to bluebird.
