   Came here for a birthday and the atmosphere was very with view of ocean and sunset. Seating is comfortable and service was very good. The food however was extremely overpriced for the quality. We paid $60 for a 12oz ribeye $15pc of meat cooked medium rare and the flavor was good but it was a thin cut and still raw, so it lacked the juiciness I would expect. We also ate a pizza and a seafood dish. The pizza was very good and very fair priced. The seafood was decent but also too expensive for a couple clams and scallops hiding in soup.

   I don't know why some people have given this place low ratings. We had a very nice time here. Food and service were both good. We'll be returning for my wife's birthday.

   We enjoyed the view and our server was excellent. My lamb chops were over done though. The portions were huge- we could easily have split an entree.

   I expected more. The menu looked great. But… pizzas were only ok, crab cake came out cold and the presentation was far from nice. My friend only ate 1/2 of his chicken piccata… disappointing LSXO, inside Blue Gold, one of our favorite places. We’ll go back there next time

   We all enjoyed our meals very much. Ended up going on an extremely busy night, took over an hour for us to get our bar drinks in almost one and a half to get our main course ordered.

   Such a pretty restaurant with great views! But things were not quite as we were told expected. We were told on the phone that HH went til 6, it was only til 5 (Fri night) luckily we got there 10 min early to order our 1st round! HH Meatballs, burger & oysters were good. They were out of their hot chicken like a couple of us wanted & oysters had just raised their prices. Server took a really long time to ask us if we wanted another round of drinks. We ordered more food & it took forever & he never came by & gave us updates. Luckily the view was gorgeous, but not sure we’ll be back.

   Overall, food, service and ambience was superb. The drinks were not great. Also, not a great selection of wines available by the glass

   Great food! Great view! The couple of times I've been to Bluegold, the food has been absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed everything we've ordered. The gorgeous view of the ocean goes without saying. A must try!

   The views and vibe were great. Our server was very sweet, however both of our dishes were not good. Tasted like nothing but raw garlic and butter. Would probably only come back for drinks

    Beautiful view, friendly staff, decent food. I’ve been 3x. Dinner, the Brussels Sprouts are good. The seafood dish was subpar, tiny low quality shrimp. Seemed like a frozen bulk buy. The pizza is good, a little soggy. Brunch was better than dinner. I enjoyed the brunch dishes.
