Prior to making our reservation, we read the online reviews and thought that we'd give it a try. We both ordered a 3 item combo, but when my wife's plate came the enchiladas were cold, like it hadn't been warmed up. We mentioned it to the waitress and she removed the plate and 10 minutes later brought another one that was the correct temperature. Overall, we thought the food was bland. We were given a refund on her plate. With so many good Mexican food restaurants in the area, we doubt we will return.

This was our first time dining at The Blind Coyote, and it certainly will not be our last! Food was great, ambience was good, and the drinks were delicious. In addition, Whitney, our server, was phenomenal, she was so friendly, informative and attentive.

Always a fun dinner out. This time, someone “stole” my reservation but the hostess worked it out and all was well. Hamachi and ceviche so good.

Drink menu list Kendall Jackson Chardonnay as $35, our bill charged $54, waitress had it corrected. Later I looked on line and the Estate Kendall Jackson is $54!

This was our first time since it switched to Blind Coyote with Mexican fare. I thought the food was very fresh and delicious with lots of interesting flavors.

The decor was very nice and clean. The service was great and my waitress was very attentive and sweet. The amount of food for the price was great! I will be coming back again!

We requested a booth in our reservation and got one! Whitney was an amazing server! Chips were so yummy! Maybe some pepper or something on them to make them unique. Salsa and guacamole appetizer also delish! Seemed clean and very well staffed. I got tacos and the meat was cooked very well. Loved everything about our visit! Thank you!

This was our first visit to Blind Coyote, we had been many times when it was the Blind Pig. The food was delicious, the servers were so attentive. Loved the variey of food choices, everyone can find something they love. The chips were honestly the best tortilla chips I think I may have ever had. The portions were big, we got the Caesar salad with a jalapeño dressing that was amazing. The black beans, 10 outta 10.
