★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish We had a reservation for 6:30 PM but still waited an additional 30 minutes to be seated—what’s the point of a reservation then? Once we were seated, things only got worse. We were given an empty ketchup bottle and waited another 30 minutes for our food, without being provided any dinnerware. Our waiter didn’t check in on us at all. To make matters worse, the kids' meal was completely forgotten while all the adult meals were served. To top it off, they had the audacity to suggest a $45 tip after such poor service. This experience was definitely not worth the time or money, and I will think twice before going back!

Made a reservation for a specific time but still had to wait 20-25 minutes to get seated, but I guess it was better than the hour wait time with no reservation but there is still a wait. Food was amazing and the drinks can’t order anything bad at BJ’s guess maybe that’s why it’s always packed with people.

Service was pretty slow but it was Good Friday and maybe the wait staff was smaller than usual. My Asian chopped salad was great, as always. My husband ordered fish and chips and he said he would not order it again. It was way to breaded and over cooked....I tasted it and was glad I had not ordered it. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Normally, the service is better than it was yesterday.

I really dont like reserving a table on open table, and then being told at the resturant I need to wait behind walk ins. In other words we arrived and there were three other small groups. one arrived just before us and said they had no reservations. one by one all of the groups were sat in-front of us. after everyone else was seated and there were no other patrons waiting… we were shown to our table. What is the benefit of using open table or making a reservation if you wait with or are placed on a wait list w other walk ins. We spent over $300 for drinks snd food. We wont be back.

Super convenient to make a reservation online. We didn't have to wait long once we got there and were seated at our reservation time. Food was good. Our server. Melissa was great!
