Funny thing. I ordered the Philly sandwich, and when it arrived, the roll on the sandwich was so crispy it was shedding because it was overcooked. The manager said they changed it. So she sent it back to have it redone. Then the waitress came by and asked how our food was. I never got the revised order. When she went to recheck it, she said I would not bring it to you, insinuating there is a problem. She let the manager know. The manager came by and apologized. We needed to get my friend back to work and couldn't wait for another meal. She did end up giving me a gift card, which I appreciated The waitress was great, but I think the manager should have followed through to make sure the meal was not only delivered to our table but also satisfactory.

Having a reservation and told it would be 10 minutes while there were plenty of booth and tables available was ridiculous. 3 people standing at front desk without concern for the customer and doing nothing was a joke. One wait staff saying no more people in my section. You are losing money with this type of service

Wife’s birthday. Made a reservation and was seated upon arrival. Room was very busy, and it took about five minutes to get our drink order in and food ordered. Server warned us that service from the kitchen was slow. Waited at least ten minutes for food to be served, server was very apologetic. Seemed to me there were a lot of staff milling around the front desk, maybe they could be utilized to assist the servers with drinks and appetizers when the kitchen backs up and the patrons get anxious.

Worst dining experience I ever had. With reservation, it still took 30 min to get seated. After another 30 min no server. I had to go to front desk to get someone to come to our table to take our order. Appetizers were brought after another 30 min which we ate with hands because no utensils & napkins. Asked server but we finished before they were delivered. Another very long wait for main course. Ordered medium prime rib got extremely well done. Pasta lacking sauce. Wedge salad swimming in dressing. Mashed potatoes very salty. Ordered salad as side, had to ask for it. Ordered French fries, never came despite asking several times. Finally got it in an to go box with bill. Ordered desert when main course was delivered hoping it comes timely but no luck. Had to follow up again. 7pm reservation, finally got out at 9:45pm. Very disappointed.

We arrived early for our reservation, waitress offered to let us sit at our table and wait for the rest of our party to arrive, which was great as it was 108° outside! Wings were good and hot, even brought our 2 year old a starter plate with fruit & fish crackers! Everyone had a salad of one kind or another, wedge salad was great! Soup )clam chowder) was hot and delicious, waitress was excellent, kept our drinks full, very pleased!

Hopefully everything is great at BJ’s, but we usually eat in the Stockton one. The service was slow and some of our food came out cold. The waiter was not very attentive.

From the Host that greeted us, our server, kitchen staff, everything was perfect. Sidney (not sure this is the correct spelling, but the sound is right) she was calm, responsive and really made this special occasion for us enjoyable. With all our..I need this or that..everyone fantastic!

We come to this location all the time. We had a party of 11 and our orders were not complicated, but our server struggled so hard while I felt bad it kept getting worse. Every order that came out was incorrect in one way shape or form so when the salads came out, they weren’t right we never got our appetizer, my mom’s wedge salad was incorrect. The drink orders were wrong. Dessert order was wrong. My dad’s flatbread pizza came out burnt and by the time she brought him another one everyone was almost done with dinner. It just was a hot mess, unfortunately.
